We went in the drive tru 3:54pm and order the Tuesday 8 for $10 special (original). We don’t like crispy !!!They said there will be a 10-15 minutes wait for the Orginal .we agree to wait so We pull in the parking lot ( like we were asked to) and we were waiting on our food. 25 minutes pass and the order was still not ready, nobody came out to say anything or was we updated on what was going on. 30 minutes pass, we went inside to see what was happening. We were told that the cook change shift so there was another 10 minutes wait. This type of service is so unprofessional, somebody could have At least came out and apologize and let us know what was happening. If we had not gone in to inquire we would have been waiting in the parking lot for 40 minutes. We ask for a refund, Mia ( who told us she was the general manager) ask us to go back in the drive tru with the same card for the refund to be process . We still have not received an apology . We are Sooo disappointed because this is our favorite...

They send a remake with 2 items. Casey, the manager/supervisor was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns over the phone that Door Dash customer service said there was nothing else to do. Very disappointed in the way the initial customer service rep handled it. Casey was great. Second customer service rep outstanding. Thank you Carmen. Dasher #1 brought half my order. Dasher #2 brought 2 of 8 items. Beware if ordering through Door Dash. Check your orders before they leave if you can. Although all they will do is defer you to the app for their mistake. Read moreWow, I just got back home with my food, only to find out they messed up my order. I ordered the 4 piece meal without a breast and instead a thigh in its place. I recieved instead two thighs, OK with that, one very little wing, best on a Cornish hen, if you ask me and one wing and no leg. I also recieved 2 mash potatoes and gravy instead of 1 and 1 mac and cheese which was right. I didn't ask for an extra potato and gravy, I asked for a replacement of a breast for a thigh.
My gut feeling was that I might have a problem going through drive through with this girl named Chrystal having a not so friendly speaking voice when I ordered. I'm from out of town and just looking over the remarks of poor customer service should have been a hint. Unfortunately, I viewed it after they messed up my order.
