Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Branson

If I could give less than one star I would, I was just there, as my girlfriend and I come once in awhile. After the last and only time we ordered togo, which took 45 min to get our order out, we decided to stop in and try it again. We waited at the door, to which the apparent manager "greeted" us after finishing with another customer. He sat us quickly, but we waited for ten minutes for a server to come take our drink order. Ironically they were right there behind the bar, and there were also only two other tables in the house at that time. Anyways, our server finally comes and takes our order at 6:30, great, she looks like she puts the order in. Fast forward almost 25 minutes, which fine, pizza takes awhile, no problem, she swings by the table and says it will be out in a moment. Fantastic. Approximately 5 minutes she comes to the table and says "our order should be coming out now, but apparently the button on the computer didn't push and that she had lost out order, I'm sorry guys." No manager came, no other offering of apology, it was like the entire staff was completely nonchalant about any "service" they were giving. I'm a server, bartender, and assistant manager at a local restaurant in a nearby town, and would never ever consider what just happened to my family and I acceptable from us or another business. We promptly left the establishment and will not be returning. I hope to save some people from sub par service and a complete and utter disgrace to the entire...

I called them and tried to order a simple medium pizza and bread sticks. I gave them my address and they had no clue where it was. They had to ask me what was around my location. Then she went to go take my number so they could call me when it got here, and I had to repeat it to her 4 times. She said that it would take about 35 min, so we waited and waited and waited... For about an hour, so I called them back and asked them where the pizza was, and they said well he was there in the parking lot and he didn't see y'all, so he tried calling you but you didn't answer, and repeats the phone number back to me (keep in mind I had to repeat it four times) and it was still not the right number!!! He then transferred me to the manager, where he proceeded to ask me what was going on, and he apologizes, and said they could bring us a new one, and he goes to get my correct number, so I gave it to him, and then asked me what we were trying to order, takes our order, and then asks me to repeat my number to him again!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place!!!! Y'all should try Pie Five, personal pan sized pizzas, that you can build to your liking and it't only $7!!! And the people are super nice...

Worst pizza place ever. The pizza is super inconsistent. I've had decent pizza from here once out of 5 visits. Every topping tastes fake and from a can, even the cheese. I got a salad that looked like a 10 year old made it. The lettuce and veggies were cut so poorly. I can't fit a half of a tomato in my mouth. Really a simple garden salad?!

What is consistent is the awful service. Each time I've been here, once they bring out the pizza they stop service. Literally. My servers disappear. No refills, no to-go box and no check. It'll be near closing and I have to get up and ask for the check so I can finally leave. I have never had a server here actually finish the job. In fact, one time the cashier informed my server had fallen asleep in the back because she wasn't feeling well. Go home!! That is a food service violation. I don't want sick people serving me food. This is common sense.

I'll drive out of my way from now on to get better food and service. I'm shocked this place has...
