DO NOT BUY LOVETT ELECTRONICS:

On 12-3-15 I purchases a VLT Beeper Collar from Nick Lovett at Lovett's Electronics. I used the collar for 4 days, until the collar quit working. In January 2016, I contacted Nick Lovett concerning the defective collar. He told me to return it, and he would repair and return the collar. As of November 2016, the collar still had not been returned or replaced, so I contacted Nick Lovett by phone. He apologized for it taking so long and stated that he would get the collar repaired and returned asap. It is now November 2017, and I still have not received another collar. I have attempted to contact Nick Lovett many times by phone and e-mail, and he has never responded or answered again. Do not waste your time and money on Lovett...

I ordered a Whelping Nest exactly one month ago today. It stated they were in stock. I have not received ANY email communication. I have called and left so many messages to no avail. FINALLY got the guy on the phone and he PROMISED it would be shipped out and a confirmation email with tracking would be sent. Nothing. Called again and he told me the same thing.... it would be shipped two days ago and he would send me an email with tracking number. Still nothing. Just called a few minutes ago and no answer. Voice Mailbox is full. I am salty! Please stop selling things if you have no intention of delivering....

Received defective LTH collar on 12/19. Tried to contact through phone and email but no response. Sent collar back per instructions in manual on 1/6/20 and have tracking that it was delivered on 1/8/20. Been trying to contact through email and phone for months with no response. I have since moved on.Stay away...
