I went with my daughter, who was going to buy me a watch for my birthday. I was super excited about this. Unfortunately Christine could not help us because my mask was not over my nose. I explained that I can not wear it that way because I have a medical issue. She explained that because of store policy she could not help us and clearly didn’t care about my health and safety. We left without spending a dime. It makes me very angry and sad that store “policy” is more important that the customer who is in fact, an actual human being. Read moreI came in requesting help for a defective smartwatch. I ended up speaking with the manager and he was very helpful. My watch had a known defect so I was offered to pay the difference for an upgrade. The model I wanted wasn't in stock so he took my info to notify me when it became available.
I got the call and on my return I ended up with an equally friendly but different manager. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was reassured that everything was addressed in the new version, but they will have my back if something goes wrong again.
