I am extremely disappointed with both the service and overcharging I experienced at this location. Upon entering the restaurant, the young woman looked directly at us but made no effort to greet or assist. Instead, she curtly instructed her colleague to take our order. As the young man prepared our food, I noticed that my daughter’s cheese pizza had barely any cheese. I politely requested extra cheese and was informed there would be an additional charge, which I understood and accepted. However, I was shocked to later discover that I had been charged the equivalent of another full pizza for this simple request. Throughout this interaction, the young woman made no effort to assist her colleague or address my concern. She eventually called the manager, who confirmed that I was being charged for an additional pizza solely because of the extra cheese. At no point were there any posted signs, notices, or prior explanations indicating that this was store policy. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreasonable pricing practices reflect poorly on your establishment. I would not recommend this location to anyone, as it appears to be understaffed, unprofessional, and misleading...

1st time trying Blaze. I decided to redeem a T-Mobile special. I will come back as a regular customer.

I liked the thin crust individual pizza. The app made it easy and there were better deals on the app so check there first plus you get reward points which are handy for future purchases.

It wasn't a long wait and the app was easy to use. My order was made during the time specified. I got a better deal than my husband that used his T-Mobile special in the store to place his order. The app had a better deal.

The food was good. We both had individual pizzas but shared one and had half an order of cheese bread at the restaurant. We took the other pizza home and reheated it for lunch the next day. It's not a big pizza so have something for an appetizer or to supplement the pizza if you're planning on sharing.

I like blaze pizza i taje my child there because pizza is a favorite food item. Everytime i attend this one in tinley park i always get the rude employee. She seems to always have an attitude from start to finish when it comes to serving. Idk why but i always get her. I can't stand for her to wait on me and just because im tired of the attitude i will rather go to another pizza place for my mother and child date than this pizza location again. I bit my tongue numerous of times and haven't made any reviews due to it but after today i am. She snotty and when you ask for extra cheese she grabs the littlest she can and throws it in one spot of the pizza and which is the spot where i have cheese and not the spot that need cheese.
