My Daughter's Birthday was just a week away and she expressed she wanted to have Sandra Evanoff bring "Brasil Comes to You" for her big day. It wasn't a lot of time to schedule this, but Sandra worked with me and made it all possible. She sent me menus to pick from and stopped by to see my kitchen in order to make sure of all the items she needed to provide. It was our first meeting and I found her to be friendly, professional and confident in her dishes. She made appetizers, the entree, 2 desserts and a welcome drink for each guest. She spent time teaching how to prepare her dishes which appeased my 9 year old granddaughter. Best rice I have ever had! The food was amazingly delicious! Especially the sausage cheese bread! Omg! Talk about heaven on a fork!! She told us so much about Brazil that I am ready to pack my worldly possessions and move to Rio!!!

What a marvelous evening spent with a fabulous chef, named Sandra, who brought her ”Brasil comes to you” experience to our home! Preparing traditional Brazilian dishes she learned from her mother she delighted our guests with stories of her life, about Brazil and Brazilian food (and their marvelous drink- the caipirinha). She, and her experienced sous chef, arrived at 1 PM to prepare, from scratch, a wonderful authentic Brazilian meal. For 5 hours we watched her cook and educate us to the ingredients, methods used and the stories behind the menu. No frozen food was used; everything was fresh. She brought items of interest from Brazil and even held a pop quiz (with prizes for the winners) after dinner to see what we learned about her native country.

Needless to say the food was marvelous; Sandra is a delight and we would recommend her highly to anyone seeking to savor an evening where Brazil comes...

I was fortunate to recently have Sandra Evanoff of "Brasil Comes to You" cater a special Brazilian Birthday Dinner Celebration for 10 guests. We were so impressed! Sandra is an outstanding and very capable chef. She is passionate about Brazilian cooking and culture and she shared this so well. From sipping the refreshing Brazilian Caipirinha cocktails outside on a warm summer evening, to moving indoors for a sit down plated dinner, savoring the delicious Feijoada main course with the many sides all the way to the finale of desserts of chocolate and dulce de leche cakes, it was a genuine treat to have Sandra and her assistant handle everything. And, as a host, it was particularly enjoyable to be able to fully share the evening with our guests. I highly recommend Sandra and "Brasil Comes to You" for a delicious and entertaining...
