We're fans of this place! We've driven by it several times since moving here and always had a chuckle at the sign out front that says "best of best". We have ordered from here twice now and I wanted to hold off my review until we've experienced it more than once. Now that we have, here we go! We were really excited to find out that they deliver after 4pm. They are super friendly and helpful on the phone and the delivery has come within 30 minutes both times. The cold food and hot foot are bagged apart from each other to keep the sushi fresh and the hot food hot! The delivery people have always been super friendly and cheery.
I have only had the spicy tuna poke bowl both times, and my experience was great both times. The fish was fresh and all of the other ingredients were quality and flavorful. My lady has ordered spicy tuna rolls both times and she loves them. A little spicy for her, but not too much. We have also tried their other more Chinese takeout items like broccoli beef. All very good stuff. The gyoza is one of our favorites and really cheap at 10 for $4. They're really addicting, it's hard not to order 20 or 30, especially at that price.
We haven't experienced any of the negativity from any of the employees as some other reviewers have mentioned, so maybe they have a happier base of employees now. This place is in an old gas station, and parking is very interesting. We've actually been in the establishment, but we were in a hurry and left before eating there. We do plan on going there some day to have the full sushi experience. It's OK for my lady to eat Sushi out of a styrofoam box because she's not snobby like me, but I'd like to have a sushi night there. I look forward to trying a lot of their other menu items now that I've have the tuna poke a couple times. My only gripe is that it's a little bit expensive on some items, so we can't go as often as we would if it was cheaper, but it's worth the cost to have better quality sushi.
You would never expect to get super high quality sushi from an old gas station that looks like a dive from the outside. This is truly a Bremerton hidden gem, and way better than a lot of the fancy pretentious places...

I am usually very picky when eating out. This place impressed me to no end. So much so that I am actually writing a review on it (which I never do). Written 11/15/2016.
I'm visiting from out of town and was skeptical I would find quality sushi or chinese in Bremerton, WA as it can be difficult to find back home.
Upon walking in I notice how clean and brightly lit the establishment is. The folks there greeted our party right away and were super friendly the whole time we were there eating.
I had intended upon getting a Chicken & Cashew dish before walking in, but once I saw the Korean Bulgolgi on the menu I knew I had to try that. I also got a Super Dragon roll as I was looking forward to sampling their rolls as well.
I haven't had Bulgogi in over 10 years and it was last from an authentic Korean restaurant in Baltimore, MD that does such a wonderful job.
I wasn't expecting a teriyaki place to have good bulgogi and it wasn't. It was AMAZING bulgolgi, cooked to perfection. Tasted just as I had remembered it from the authentic Korean restaurant. WOW!
The Super Dragon roll impressed me equally as well. It has shrimp tempura and cucumber rolled inside with eel on top, just like I love to get from home. Top notch quality and craftsmanship on this roll. Absolutely delicious!
As I mentioned the staff was very friendly. They provided outstanding service too. We decided to dine in and they made a point to make sure that we had everything we needed and followed up on our dishes after they were served to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
Awesome place! If you like Chinese, Korean or Japanese dishes, this is the place you should start! You may not be able to tear yourself away or have any desire to go anywhere else.
The owner really does an excellent job with all...
Read moreMore like UNHAPPY Teriyaki. These people just DGAF about their customers at all TBH. My Sushi, is warm and slimey as if it's been sitting out. The eel rolls I paid 15 dollars for are literally the size and make of the California rolls I got and are feeling today... I love eel, but they are disgusting. I really hope I don't get sick.
Thats not all though, they have a toxic tipping culture/attitude; they expect you to tip on takeout, and when you don't, well, just watch how they treat you. We said thank you and bye as we took our food while making direct eye contact, and they gave us a dirty look and snubbed us.
They're also incredibly unaccommodating, for instance, one of the things they make is honey walnut shrimp, but they won't just do the same thing with chicken instead. It should be easy and you can ask but they will refuse without a second thought or concern for your business. It's not just that either, you absolutely cannot get them to do the simplest things. I've continued to try a few times where I ask for this reach time I've called and each time they say no, and each time I say okay, I guess I change my mind and I'll eat somewhere else.
But to pay this much money for nasty poorly made slimy food that tastes like it's was made yesterday? Just don't, Don't fall for the trap, which is really just Bremerton restaurants in general. The people around here are so used to bad food that they rate bad food highly. Don't trust the reviews. The prices are ridiculous, the food keeps getting worse and worse, and to top it off they act...
