I brought my iPhone 6s here after it stopped charging overnight. It was essentially a brick when I woke up and had no functions because it would not charge. When I brought the phone in I explained the situation, and I was told it was most likely the charging port.

The charging port was replaced within an hour and I was happy with the result until I got home and noticed there was no service. I looked around on google and it said that sometimes during this repair the new charging port may be defective and cause this issue. I brought the phone back and explained the issue I was having.

Initially, the store owner was a little skeptical because my phone was essentially a brick when they first encountered it, and I had no proof that it had cell service before. I explained that it would not be worth it for me to repair the initial part on this phone if I knew that there were other things wrong with it. He said that he would replace the charging port one more time with a different part, but beyond that he couldn't do anything.

I wish I could’ve given this business ZERO stars. Terrible family business. I started my day in a great mood. They diagnosed my phone that it needed a new charging port for my iPhone SE. I happily paid the $80 service fee and was told it would take only 1 hour to complete the nessesary repairs. I then kindly asked if I could take a nap in my car while I waited, and since the parking lot was completely empty, but they replied “NO” . I thought that was odd, considering I’m a paying customer. If the parking lot was getting full then they could have notified me in my car so that I could move my car. Anyways, I left and came back an hour later and they said they were unable to fix the problem. I asked if I was going to get my money back or part of my money back, but they said they couldn’t do that either. It’s my loss, I just hope they spend my $80 donation wisely. I then left and will never go back again. I will tell all my other co workers, family members, and friends “NEVER” to do business with these people. They definitely think of THEMSELVES over their...

If I could give this place a Zero it would be too high. We took my iphone into them because the phone would not hold charge. We bought a new battery made no difference. Returned to shop exchanged battery & they 'fixed' charging port in phone. Next day dead again. Went back in they gave me credit on battery, tried a couple different used batteries with no success, advised me to go to Apple store. As I was leaving they asked for the battery back, they kept my original battery during first trip. I told them I needed a battery, working or not ~ I had one on my first trip. The old man & younger women working there quickly physically attacked me, grabbing at my arms to get the phone. In an attempt to avoid a fist fight, I did not struggle.
