I was in here about 3 weeks ago and is still waiting for the district manager to call me back…. I had a few Christmas pictures, and a Christmas wreath that I found on clearance. The women who was at the register claims she is the store manager. Since I walked in the store she gave me looks and rolled her eyes, at some point I said “hello” and she just keep walking away. When I got to the checkout, she yelled at me for putting my merchandise on the counter, then she said I cut the line, when clearly the lady behind me said no, I was in front of her all this time. She started to ring me up, she have no clue how the register works, she had to do it over 3 times, she got so frustrated she started to throw my merchandise around, scratching the pictures, she just had no respect for the product or customer. It was so bad, I told her to stop, I am not buying it, I ask her if there was a problem she just continued talking under her breath. I said to her, I am not buying this merchandise after u threw it all over the place. Then she started yelling “have a good day, have a good day” what a horrible experience. I loved shopping here, I will not go back. She is rude and unprofessional. I called customer service that day, and 3 weeks later nobody called me back yet. I’ve never experienced such horrible, rude customer service. I went to the checkout counter stood there for 2-3 minutes. Saw a lady stocking things to the side, I politely said “ excuse me is anyone at the register?” She got nasty fast and said yeah I saw you you just got there I’ll be there in a minute and slammed things down to come to the register. I said nevermind I no longer want your product, I will never shop at this store again. Dark hair lady in a bun, shouldn’t work in customer service! I just left a Kirkland in Brick, NJ. One of the customers lowered her dace mask below her chin to smell candles. WhenI told the cashier, she said customers are not supposed to do that but there was only so much the employees can do. I asked if there was a manager, she said she is the manager.
