Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Brick Township

Why are the Cauliflower Wings being taken off the menu?! Say it ain't so! They taste great, so did the Chocolate Fruffles! I was being calorie concious so I could enjoy the appetizer and dessert so I opted for the Sear-ious Salmon entree. It was good, it needed the assistance of the tomato topper that came on the plate to make it just right. My co-diner commented on how quickly I was done with my meal. Well, it was the tiniest plate I ever had at any restaurant. No wonder it was under 600 calories! No fears of going over calorie count with that size portion. If you have an appetite bigger than a bird, and want salmon, you will need two of these to fill you. At least order the salmon burger because you will get the bread, condiments, and a plate of sweet potato fries. Of course, if you don't want the fries they might sub out broccoli.

A few years ago I swore I would not go back there because of the terrible service I had. This time I have to say that the server was nice and the food was served in a timely fashion, so BRAVO to Red Robin for making improvements that have me as a return customer. I will be back, I just want to have the Cauliflower Wings when I do go back. Please, don't take them...

Cynthia was quite possibly the worst server I've ever encountered in my life. Not only was she "on something" but she was down right rude as well as the manager Justin on duty. He told an elder lady to "read the sign" when it came to hours they were open and we ended up walking out. Who serves dessert without any utensils or plates or napkins? When we asked for them she threw a set of knives at one end and a set of forks at the other. I'm pretty sure throwing knives isn't okay on any level. Absolutely ridiculous. And then Justin accused us of being drunk...asking where we were coming from. We came straight from the movies where you can't drink! Completely unacceptable and Cynthia was on another level! We ordered a corona and she served it without lime, saying that they were closed and had thrown them out for the night. Well guess what, cut a fresh one then or don't serve it all! Or how about don't seat us At 1015 if you close at 11 and take 20 min to come over and take our order! When we commented we didn't know they were closed (since there were 3 other tables) she replied "don't worry, they won't tow our cars." WHAT? Cynthia is off her rocker and so is Red Robin. I will NEVER be...

We went to red Robin with my wife the place was pretty empty, they put us in the back there was 3 tables with people and 2 waitress There was a lot of tables empty we had 2 hamburgers with bacon and French fries and one was with a salad my dinner took at least 20 to 25 minutes they said they had to make sure it was well done so took a little time. dinner was served and French fries I had wasn't many but you get all the French fries you can eat and same with the salad for my wife. OK trying to get more French fries,I got one.a waitresses brought it over put it down on top of my napkins and left without a word.I wanted refill of my soda and more fries .very disappointing couldn't get anyone to come back again the hamburgers were good .I eat the steak so to speak so I pay for my dinner and spoke to the manager he kind of apologize but still I walked out without having a French fries and a soda to fulfill my dinner. people got served before us was un happy I don't think I come back there again that's why i rated...
