Purchased a birthday gift for our daughter online with in-store pickup. I'm very pleased to see our store transform our former café to an online purchases holding area. After the employee verified my id, she was able to locate my purchase very quickly. She actually handed me my purchase on her way back to customer service which made it even faster service. I was in & out of there in no time! I noticed employees sanitizing the carts while I was waiting; as well as wellness check stations at each entrance to the store (one coming from the parking lot and the other at the mall entrance.) It gives me such a peace of mind knowing our Target is doing their part to help us stay safe while shopping. Thank you, from one store owner to another, for risking you & your families health to ensure we are able to purchase items that we need. I’ve been a loyal Target customer for years, but during a recent visit to the Target in the Meadowbrook Mall, I was falsely accused of stealing Lego sets without any reason or evidence. An employee confronted me publicly, which was not only humiliating but also completely unjustified. He then got a cop to talk to me after I told them what I was looking for and that i had nothing to do with the situation they were talking about. Even after it was clear I had done nothing wrong, no one offered an apology or took responsibility for the mistake. Ok, so me and my friends were walking around in target, we were messing around and eventually got warned nicely to stop. We quit what we were doing and made our way to the exit. Then, my friends dropped a bouncy ball, and was rolling pretty quickly toward a woman. My other friend, I was with quickly jogged to get the ball so it didn't trip her. I guess people who work at target don't like good deeds, because security escorted all of us out before we could even speak. Not here to spread hate over target, but to inform people the unnecessary reason of why we got kicked out. Next time, don't cut to conclusions, (target...
