Horrible staff with mouthy attitudes! So I stopped in the store today to grab my 4yr a pair of boots. They have to store completely torn apart. I walk back to the toddler section keep in mind you can barely get to it. They have tools laying EVERYWHERE in front of the toddler area. My daughter halfway picks on a hammer the kind with rubber and two flat heads. I hear no no no I look over as she was picking it up she drops it starts balling & hugs my leg. As I'm comforting my daughter. The horrible human bean of a woman says she was picking up a hammer I said I know I saw all happen within a split second. Oh you saw her picking up a hammer and you just didn't do anything being mouthy as can be for absolutely no reason. I said you kicking right I saw the same time she did she was already yelling my daughter is very sensitive got scared and bought her eyes out why would I then say something after something was already said. But yet she continues to run her mouth as I'm holding my crying child goes on to say I was just keeping her safe unlike you. 🤣 Are you joking first of all why is there 5 tools laying in front of the toddler shoes in the middle of the day unsupervised and not being used. After unnecessarily arguing with the woman just because she had a bad attitude and knows damn well the tools shouldn't have been laying there to begin. Wants to have an attitude with me and a 4 year old because she knows had someone got hurt like my daughter we could have sued andnl she could have lost her job. So take it out on a woman holding a crying baby I'm telling you I had just walked in the store I had maybe been in there 30 seconds walked out after two mins just completely ridiculous !! Get...

My daughter and I was in the store yesterday, Saturday the 12th and I was amazed that only one person was out helping customers (many in the store) while the other person was behind the register on their phone. The sales associate was very helpful and even had to go get us a couple different shoes from the back and was happy to do so even though they were very busy. I would give a better rating if the store hadn't been so busy and only one person out on the floor doing their job, while other thought their phone was...

Extremely upset with my service at this location. We were the only ones in the store trying to get help! The two employees at the front were too busy playing on their phones to acknowledge us and another women who walked by use twice seemed to have better things to do.
