My husband and I tried Redstone for the first time this Memorial Day Sunday. We arrived around 5pm & were relieved and nervous at how empty it was. A holiday weekend though, many people were probably down the shore. We chose Redstone because MANY menu items caught our eye and we were eager to get started. Our waitress was kind & bubbly and knowledgeable about the menu and was eager to answer all of our questions. We began with Crispy Shrimp & Calamari and Bang Bang Cauliflower. The shrimp & calamari were good, nothing spectacular, but good nonetheless. The cauliflower was phenomenal! It was cooked perfectly and the chipotle ranch dipping sauce was the ideal compliment to the sweet and spicy vegetable. Because of this, we had high hopes for our entrees which arrived a short time later. My husband ordered the crispy chicken sandwich (buffalo) topped with Bleu cheese crumbles and pickles; Cole slaw, fries and macaroni & cheese on the side. The chicken was so overcooked he not only couldn't chew the breading, but couldn't get a knife through it, leaving half of it in a heap on the plate. The fries were fine (similar to the seafood appetizer, not bad but not great). My husband loves Cole slaw, but this he had taken two bites and refused to eat more, saying it was very bland. The macaroni and cheese was decent (adding Bleu cheese crumbles over top helped). I ordered the Marsala Meatloaf over scalloped potatoes and prosciutto wrapped asparagus. To be honest, I am not a huge fan of meatloaf but it sounded so delicious, I couldn't pass it up. I should have. The meatloaf was overcooked and without much flavor. The potatoes had ZERO taste. Somehow they didn't even absorb the flavor of the Marsala wine. I could've been eating a slippery coaster and wouldn't have known the difference. I had really been looking forward to the asparagus, but that too was overcooked and incredibly stringy. Also, apparently my definition of "prosciutto wrapped" differs from theirs. This was a small piece of prosciutto securing 3 thin stalks of asparagus at the bottom (think of a ribbon securing flowers, not circling the length of the asparagus). Our friendly waitress had disappeared shortly after delivering our entrees, leaving us staring at each other and our disappointing plates for longer than necessary. When she did eventually stop it was quite some time between getting the check and her retrieving it. There were only about 3 other occupied tables at the time, so the reason for the suddenly slow second half service is unclear. Whoever designed the menu and wrote the descriptions deserves kudos, because it definitely got us in the door and we spent a good amount of money. Unfortunately, the food itself does not "live up to the hype." We will...

Having been regulars here our experience today was mixed. Our waitress Nicole was fantastic and very attentive despite the issues the restaurant was facing. The food was not up to the standard of what we have have come to expect. The seafood diablo shrimp was over cooked and rubbery & wife’s ribs were dry and had little bone pieces which it doesn’t usually.
Nicole apologized and did everything within her power to address the issue and give us a positive experience. She advised her manager Mr. White and asked him to stop by to talk to us about the experience; however he completely dismissed our table and went to another table. I guess Millennials are not good for this establishment. When my wife confronted Mr. White he was quick to blame his staff instead of taking responsibility and offered us a gift card. This is not taking accountability and addressing the experience. Blaming staff for issues instead of taking accountability shows poor leadership.
Definitely not the greatest dining experience and we have been here countless times and order food through door dash quite often.

Been here a couple of times and really love their Rotisserie Chicken and Beef Wellington.
Today’s review is specific to our Easter Brunch Experience. Overall was unexpected but quite welcomed. Special drinks where good. Really enjoyed their pineapple vodka infused with champagne (Mimosas) as well as their brunch version of Moscow Mule.
Brunch was made up of your typical bites such as scramble eggs, eggs Benedict, bacon, toast, French toast, and pancakes. They also had ribs, chicken, salmon and some cold platter bites such as shrimp and ceviche.
This was a great way to taste their menu and really enjoy many of their regular menu offerings.
Overall was very happy and service was good. My only feedback would be nice if they had smaller bites. The portions where massive which is good but it’s nice to taste a little bit of everything and have...
Read moreI’ve been here a couple of times to meet up with my girlfriends, have a quick bite and a cocktail. It’s a nice place with a large bar area. I always sit at the bar. It’s roomy and it’s nice to interact with the bartender and my friends. The decor is warm and modern, with wood all around. If you don’t want to sit at the bar, they have booths too. Outside there’s seating and wood burning tables which adds to their ambiance. I started with a cocktail. I chose their SEASONAL DOLI- Fresh Pineapple Aged with a combination of juices. It was wonderful. Redstone Grill ages fresh pineapple in New Amsterdam Vodka for 12-14 days. The first time I was here I had their SMOKEHOUSE STEAK COBB SALAD- Applewood Smoked Bacon, Corn, Grilled Asparagus, Red Onion, Tomato, Gouda, Smoked Onion Ranch dressing. It was delicious and filling. On my return I chose for my entree, GENERAL TSO’S TURKEY BURGER-Sweet & Spicy General Tso Sauce, Broccoli Slaw, Grilled Red Onion. For my side I chose Garlic Mashed Potatoes. You could also choose from one of these other sides, French Fries, Mac n Cheese,Coleslaw, or Baked Beans. This turkey burger had great flavors. The broccoli slaw, and grilled onions added multiple layers of flavors along with the sweet & spicy sauce which makes up the name General Tso’s . One of my friends chose their REDSTONE BURGER-A Beef Patty, Cheddar Cheese, Barbecue Sauce, Applewood Smoked Bacon. She chose Fries Fries for her side. Another friend chose their TURKEY CHEESEBURGER- Turkey burger with melted cheese, lettuce and tomato. Last but not least my other friend chose their TUNA STACK-Yellowfin Tuna, Avocado, Mango, Cucumber, Spicy Thai Sauce,Green Onion, Black & White Sesame Seeds, Sriracha Aioli, Fried Wonton Chips. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Just be aware this place is a bit pricey. I would...
