Two weeks ago, I was in a really tight pinch looking for an emergency alteration on my daughters flower girl dress. I know absolutely nothing about sewing or hemming and was in panic mode, especially with being new to the area/state.

When I called the owner was nothing but kind and caring. She gave me thoughtful responses to help explain the process and how many inches needed to be hemmed to help fit my daughter, even without my daughter being in tow with me when I dropped the dress off.

She told me she technically didn't have availability that week, but was amazing enough to help me regardless, and for a fair price. I have been so moved by her understanding, and blown away by her talents.
