This was a pleasant experience from the karaoke going on upon entry to the service and delicious food.

While this was my first time i had atrempted to stop by before but it would be my luck they were closed or something would come up last minute right before entering.

The individual singing can get down and i assumed was a small band playing before noticed was karoake.

So anyways the food usually like to order variety bit the molcajete seemd so tempting decided to order that. While ibsat down amd. Was brought a menu didnt even notice they brought the. Soup sopa de fideo instea dof chips of sals which is differnt and was surprisingly delicious specially with the weather it was perfect.

I ordered a clamato non alc which is named michelada mineral prepared with mineral water. It was delicious as well.

They didnt take long to being food out and it looked amazing amd tasted even moreso once i got to taste it. The. Meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned.

You get a choice of 1 large flour tortilla or 4/5 corn tortillas. I ordered flour as 5hink goes best with molcajetes unless corn are frwshly made which im not sure if thats the case here.the flourtoetilla was bit crispy and enjoyed it as such.

The staff which beleieve were the owners were very welcomingvand friendly upon entering. The service was great a very intimiate community family vibe.

My only regret is not habing tried this sooner. I would highly recommend it and hopefully can stop by soon to try other dishes.

While the molvajete may be at the higher end of their menu prices the one thing i noticed they offere wide variety of options in various price ranges which is great.

Noticed they sell simple appetizer items which are great for craving such as an avocado tostada and if on a budget.

Definately...

Brighton's Best-Kept Secret: Authentic Mexican You Need to Try We had to go see for ourselves after hearing all the buzz about this place in Brighton, and wow, it lived up to the hype. This spot is a genuine local favorite, and it’s easy to see why. We went all in, ordering a bunch of their stuff, and everything was fantastic. We started with the tacos de deshebrada and the picadillo, both of which were delicious, but the alambre vaquero was on another level. The mix of skirt steak, beef ribs, and tripitas was just a dream come true for taco lovers. We were also lucky enough to catch their special: a torta especial. It was loaded with carnitas, ham, and cheese, piled high with all the fixings—seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. We also tried the chile Colorado, and it tasted like a true family recipe from Chihuahua—so rich and comforting. On top of that, they've just started doing aguachiles and ceviches. The aguachiles especially blew us away; they're so good they could easily be the best in the state. To wash it all down, we got their micheladas, and what makes them unique is the topping: their house-made beef jerky. You can tell it’s made with care, adding this amazing, smoky flavor that just takes the whole drink to a new level. And you can't leave without trying one of their aguas frescas. They're made fresh every day, with a new flavor each week to keep things interesting. Seriously, this place is a must-visit if you're ever in Brighton, Colorado. You won't be...

I always knew my micheladas were missing something, turns out it was a delicious piece of crunchy jerky. It made the drink so manly, I had a new mustache by the time I finished it, haha.

But seriously the place was a pleasant surprise. We were wondering around the Brighton area hungry. Stumbled on to this restaurant and glad we did. Tacos were exceptional, nothing overly done just simple amazing tacos (they have crunchy tripas tacos too) great burritos, torts too. It was exciting to see they serve breakfast so late and the kiddos really enjoyed their meal and atmosphere. Tables were spread out well and we felt COVID safe and some of the best service we have had in a long time by the man running the show letting us try a few extras. We'll be back and highly recommend this small amazing...
