Pants fit very abnormally. Definitely not the place for skinny women to shop. I normally wear a 3/4 and when I tried some on that size they fell off my waist so I went down to 1/2 and there wasnt much of a difference. Next I tried skinny jeans size 0. They were really tight in the legs and bunched up because they were so long just like the rest of the pants and Im 5'7''. They barely fit in the waist. I would still have to wear a belt. I also noticed all the pants no matter what size are made really huge in the butt. Youd have to be 6 foot and very curvy to get any use out of these pants. The tops also seem to be 3 sizes bigger than theyre labeled. They had all the same tops they had several months ago when I last came with my mom. I assume all their customers are men and plus size people for them to be so popular because thats the only people I can imagine would fit in the majority of...

Honestly haven’t had a problem until recently. We’ve had a issue with getting a suit transferred to the bristol store from the Marion store. The ladies were nice until I called about the suit for the 5th time because we were promised that it would be there this time. They have since been very rude on the phone, hung up on me twice, I’ve asked for Laura (or whoever the GM is) and I’ve told that I should receive her call and I haven’t received anything. They are ignoring their customers and the customer service is horrible. I am usually the first to say “shop small” but avoid this store If you can. We had a wonderful experience at Ernie’s. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and work very fast. We called before coming and they told us they were understaffed but we didn’t even notice that. Their customer service is a 10/10. They have a huge selection to choose from and are size inclusive. My son is a giant and sizing was not an issue. I really appreciate the no appointments for prom. We just had left Men’s Warehouse and were severely disappointed the selection wasn’t great, appointments have to be made and their customer service was mediocre.
