Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

I love Chik Fil A. But...this is no. This was Saturday at noon, at a major shopping center, and no one was working the outside lanes. The drive through was backed up in both lanes around the parking lot. Three cars from one line move, then one from another moves. It took almost 15 minutes to get through the line. I didn't mind waiting becaus we love Chik Fil A. We finally got our food and pulled into a parking space to distribute the food to everyone in the car. There were no napkins, no fork for the grilled chicken, no sauce ( we requested 4). My husband had to go into the building get the items they left out of the bags. I took a bite out of my sandwich, which was disappointing. It was not hot, a little soggy and the chicken was hard. I opened the bun to look at the soggy chicken, and realized that the chicken looked half the amount they usually put on sandwiches. It was as if they had cut it in half. I took it back inside and showed the manager. After about 5 minutes he returned with a bag and apologized. I took the sandwich to the car, opened it, and was shocked. The chicken looked the same size as the other sandwich, was dried up around the edges, was lukewarm and looked like one side hadn't been battered. I ate it anyway, along with the now cold soggy waffle fries because we needed to move on. I had spent almost $40.00 for my family of 4 to have this terrible quality lunch. I am not sure if I'll ever frequent this Chik Fil A. For the price, the quality is very poor. Food should never be lukewarm. Service was slow and quality control was bad. This restaurant is setting the standard. I'm talkin about fast service in a clean restaurant with friendly servers. I love this restaurant. I love the Chick-fil-A Deluxe with no cheese. The fries were hot. The dipping sauce is awesome. My granddaughter was with us and she played in the play area. It was clean and well-kept. What is not to love about this restaurant? If there was a way to give a 6 star rating I would. I dare you to find a better restaurant anywhere. If I could find anything wrong or bad to say about this place I would. Wait a minute I've come up with something, they are too far away from where I live. Thank God we have a Chick-fil-A in the town that I live. And it's been my experience that they are very similar. But I had to write this one because they hit it on the money and checked every box. Way to go Chick-fil-A.

Wonderful delicious fast all the things you would want from a fast food restaurant. For crying out loud they brought our food to the table. I mean hello! This is it.

Chick-Fil-A really raises the bar for fast food, and the Bristol Exit 7 location isn't any different. Their food is fine, but their customer service is in a league of its own. I generally like restaurants that put the drink fountains in the dining area because it's hard to get someone to notice you and refill a drink at most restaurants. Chick-Fil-A has an innovative solution to this problem. The employees notice you when you approach with that I-need-help look on your face and eagerly fill your beverage. Also, even when the crowd is heavy the service is quick. After you've ordered, you're free to go to your seat and an employee brings your food. Usually I find them following me with a tray of food before I've even selected a seat.

Chick-Fil-A is innovating new ways to serve customers well. You can order with an app. You can order in the drive-thru then eat in. The accessory kiosks in the dining area are well stocked with things you'd never see anywhere else like big dipping friendly ketchup packets, a variety of dressings, and sanitizing hand wipes.
