Stop this morning and bought a stuffed SEC biscuit and a slice of Pepperoni pizza like I normally do every time I come by this store. I normally have a great experience with everything except this time when I got back in my car and went to go eat the biscuit I split it into half and there was only maybe a 1/4 slice of cheese and a piece of sausage and egg about the size of a nickel. So I take it back inside and told the lady that was working in the kitchen area where they fix the food at what my problem was and showed her the inside of the biscuit I also informed her that every other time I've stopped tearing to get one the biscuits like I got but it has never been like this she tried to say what little bit of stuff that was in it what's good enough that's not about went off on her but I didn't all I said was this is not like any other biscuit that I bought here before and I bought a bunch of them he looked like she got pissed off because I said something about it. Which that is very bad customer service an employee like her shouldn't get pissed off when a customer comes in with the complaint like I did the good part about everything even though she was aggravated about the situation she did go and make me a fresh biscuit just like the one that was messed up. That's the reason I gave it to start instead of a one. One more thing that I don't like about this location is that the orange slushie drink was changed a little while back and the one that they changed it to is not good at all I wish they would bring back the original orange slushie instead of the one that they have now the older one that's better is the orange cream flavor. Going home the employees at this location definitely needs to be taught some better customer service. The lady got so aggravated over nothing it took maybe 3-4 minutes tops I most likely won't be coming back to this...
Read moreI’ve been coming here about 3 month straight everyday. It’s a great place to stop on my way to work. I get the same girl everyday , same questions . Some people are made for customer service. It’s not a bad thing. That being said : I get the same thing everyday, and you ask me the same things. You have a card ? Round up ? Want a bag? Want a receipt ? Need gas? Good lord sister. If I needed it I’d ask. You know my answer and I’ve told you as such. Asking me if my donuts are round or long ? You can’t see them? Asking me what I am drinking? It’s a large drink. I get it everyday ??? lol. 😂 show me on this bag of donuts which one hurt you ? It’s 5:06 am. I’m being interrogated ! lol. For real tho. Ima have to take a break from this place until they get more help. I love the place. It’s awesome , well lit, and upbeat. I wouldn’t change a thing. Except the 9,000 pieces of 8 at the crack of dawn. Read moreI frequently go to 3 weigels and almost of them seem to have the same problems of awful customer service. Theyre some of the most well staffed gas station with some of the worst customer service some how. Today I was in with 6 employees behind the counter. 6 EMPLOYEES. I was the only customer at the check out for minutes and it still took someone a while to even know i was there 3 ft away. And i had to still wait for the employees to Finish their conversation. Are you guys in the business of making money or are you guys in the business of training employees and just hanging out? There is constantly a line of 20 people ready to give their money to you guys with multiple employees sitting idle at multiple locations. Its a poor way to run a business.
