We purchased a living room set from them on August 3rd 2020. At that time, the sales rep told us that they would be delivered to us on September 7th due to the fact that it was on back order. We agreed and waited patiently for delivery day. On September 6th, when we realized that nobody called us to schedule delivery or even update us on the status of our delivery, my husband called the store. Only to find ou that furnitures was not there yet and that we would get our furnitures on the 23rd instead and they said they would call us on the ETA. Despite the frustration, we said ok. As the 23rd was approaching, nobody called again. So my husband called, the guy he spoke to said to him that there's one peice still missing to the furniture and they are now scheduled to deliver it to us on October 7th ( keep in mind that at this point we've been waiting for 2 months!) I told my husband that this would be that last time. I told him that if we don't get those furnitures by the 7th, we would ask for a refund. On the 6th, when we realized that ONCE AGAIN nobody from the store called to give us any updates. We called again... and they said it's scheduled for the 8th! (Instead of the 7th like they originally said) and that they would call us on the 7th to schedule the time of delivery. We were so excited to finally get our furnitures that we didn't even focus on the poor customer service. Today is October 8th. It is currently 10 pm and extremely unhappy.
**Update: On October 14th they called and scheduled our delivery between 9am an 12pm. I made sure i would be home and waited with anticipation. Around 2pm when we realized nobody showed up, my husband called the owner, he then called the store to have them call us for an update. Effectively they called us explaining that they were experiencing a delay, but that they are still planning on delivering our furniture that day. At that point we were just going with the flow. Finally around 7pm they came! I give the delivery guys 7/10 for their hard work, but the store get 3/10 for bad customer service. We will most likely never bring our business there again. Although the furnitures were in great condition and looked as we expected, we will never forget the nightmare we went...

My mom and I went to this store multiple times in a single week because we were so ecstatic to see that they had stuff that other furniture stores in mass DONT have. Iām talking the type of furniture and decor you see on those viral post online /Pinterest and can never find in Mass. Noah was the sales person who was so patient and helpful. He took his time and helped us with every single detail and answered every question thoroughly ! He was not like those other salesmen who hound and pressure you just to make a sale. He gave his honest opinions and listened to what we wanted so he could help us find what we were looking for. Customer service was A++ and conversation made us feel comfortable and that is super important. As if that wasnāt already enough we ended up calling back a couple days later for a couch we decided on and spoke to a guy named Colon. He was kind , detail oriented but most importantly He found our dream couch that they didnāt have in store āand ordered it for me..also helped me out on the price :). Who dosent LOVE a little bit of bargain. Thatāll definitely keep customers like myself coming back for more ! If I havenāt sold you yet let me say this ā we went in store to pay ,and met Frank , who I believe is the owner -an attractive and funny dude. He seemed humble and not like other owners who are just straight to the point of the sale and nothing else. He was engaging and told us about other services and warrantyās we can add. I will definitely be back to finish decorating my house. They deserve all the business they can get. It is clean. Well ran. And overall the best furniture store...

I been to this store twice and both visits had been a disappointment. We had a bedroom set delivered to our first new home and they ruined what was supposed to be a surprise to me, from my husband by showing up extremely late and not giving a courtesy call. The second time we ordered a living room set. It was nothing like the set that was showed to us on display in the store. We decided to return the living room set. They said they would send someone between 1 and 4 PM. I took my whole afternoon off of from work and Liam furniture showed up at 830 Pm to get the couches and not even ONE courtesy call to say they were running extremely late, not even one apology. To make it worse the policy is that they keep 30 PERCENT of your money after 24hrs of purchase if you have a return. So they kept 300 dollars and i lost even more money by taking the afternoon off of work. No apologies, no care in the world. I would NEVER recommend this kind of business to any friends or family members. Please before you purchase from these people take your time to do some research before buying anything from here. Some of the comments on this page has to be FAKE! The owner Frank, his son and everyone associated with this "company" is UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Why should people support a business if all you get in return is disrespect and no quality service? Don't make the same mistake as me and do your research...
