The customer service was terrible. I didn't even get measured (the assistant said she would do that and I could go home with official measurements, and didn't even measure me for the dresses I tried on), told me at 6:30 with 30 min left they close at 7 so to "hurry up," the dresses I didn't have time to try were already put back without me knowing and without writing down their numbers so I could come back another time to try them on, she didn't let me try on either one of my "2 contenders" again for a possible purchase "cause were closed."
Everyone who came to my fitting with me was saying how sorry they felt for the staff behavior and how we were kicked out, never told they closed at 7, told there was wiggle room to 7:30 but then said there wasn't, no measurements, no list of what to try next time. Not sure I even wanna come back.
Then I was told "if u buy tonight u can get 10% off and another 10% cause it's your first visit.". But she wouldn't let me try either one on again "cause they were closing ". She said the discounts won't apply if I come back, "but you are closing and couldn't even do a sale now.". Horrible customer service just horrible.
Also, there was a dress advertised online, shown to the assistant In the store, that I wanted to try on. She said "I'm sorry we don't have that any longer.". Then why is it on your website as available for sale? It was a discounted dress, on their website, but not for sale. That's why I came, to try that on.
Then I find out from my daughter's observations, there were other people still in the store on the other side trying on dresses while we were told to get out at 7pm. They told me they closed at 7, when the hours on the door stated 7:30. Omg.
Also when I told the staff my budget for a dress, (which was not $1500-2000), it was less, their whole demeanor changed. Not for the better.
So I was called the next day upon the manager reading this review and begged me to return for a 2nd visit personally with her with an unlimited amount of time to spend for the fitting. I agreed. She also honored the sale moving forward from the other night and offered another discount on my favorite dress so far. The 2nd fitting was wonderful, I tried on all the dresses I wanted, spent over 2 hrs, and she even played with accessories (shoes, veils, headbands). I ended up with 3 favorites and told to return if I choose...

One daughter is getting married June '26 and one daughter is getting married August '26. Our third appointment was to look for bridesmaid dresses. We were welcomed by Gracie and she was like a ray of sunshine. She asked us some questions and showed us the area to look for some dresses. Bride #1 picked out several dresses and Gracie was there every step of the way, always giving compliments and suggestions on other similar dresses. When Bride #1 came out of the dressing room with that "look" on her face of pure happiness - Gracie went and got a vail that was Perfect for the dress. Bride #1 said "yes" to the dress and the vail. Bride #2's appointment went very much the same way as bride #1. The first dress she tried on was, you could tell, her favorite. She did try on several other dresses but ultimately put the first dress back on again. Gracie understood Bride #2's vision of the wedding day. She went and got a flower crown to go with the dress and, it all fell into place! Brilliant choice! Bride #2 said "yes" to that dress and the flower crown. Appointment number 3 was also successful. Gracie suggested a bridesmaid's dress for Bride #2, and once again was spot on! Bride #1 also found a bridesmaid's dress that works perfect with all the body styles in her wedding. We will be back to purchase the two bridesmaid's dresses. All four of us at the appointment felt like the store was open for just us and the one-on-one attention that Gracie gave to us was over and above. We felt like she was one of the family by the end of the day and hope to see her again for future appointments. You have a fantastic employee there and everything ended up being reasonably priced...

First of all, I set up my profile with some of the dresses that I was interested and the ones i tried few weeks ago when I went to the store just to look around before my appointment... so, I was expecting someone to help me to figure out my type of body shape and some dresses that they could fit my body shape and show me again the dresses that i liked on my previous visit. The girl who took care of me she was ok but she barely help me with more options, she mention that we only had 1 hour session and I asked her why?, she said bc I was her last appointment and then she was going home so at that point I felt a lil bit pressured. Then, I asked for some water for me and my bridesmaid, she forgot, I had to ask again and she didn't even brought water for the rest of the party (3 more people, bridesmaid and family) then I was expecting to get offered champagne or something like that, I would have paid for that or they should mention if it's allowed to bring to the appointment. In my personal opinion and specially when im paying a hight amount of money whith them not only for the dress but also some accesories, i would love to spend at least 2 hours at the store, have a guide instead of just a seller and at least get water when im changing multiple times and im nervous. I got my dress a love it and the girl was nice but I felt rushed and I wanted more like a guide in this special...
