Imagine coming into a store, being mugged by store staff and judged by your appearance —being starred down in such a degrading manner by 2 coworkers who were working the store here today THREE TIMES only to be greeted as you’re literally leaving the store and I quote “YOU FOLKS have a good evening “. As a Black woman this is so disgusting & uncomfortable. Never ONCE did either store staff member asked me if I needed help and/or if I needed assistance with finding anything while I was in the store; again NEVER ONCE. Welp, that’s prejudice ol’ Brookfield, WI for you! Again, this type of behavior & mannerisms is beyond disgusting. I’ll stick with shopping at the wonderful location in Greenfield, WI. Not once have I ever had an issue there. I will NEVER return here. I would give this location ZERO...

I tried to return my items for just $90 cash and they “didn’t have enough money in the drawer” so told me to come back later. I came back later so they could get more cash in their drawer and the other manager had no idea what I was talking about and said she though I owed her $90. Then she asked if I had my receipt AGAIN, when the other lady said to just come back and she’ll give me what I am owed and that she wrote it down. Came in to buy a couple items with the gift card rewards and left with a horrible experience. I was attended to by a employee named Glen and his customer service skills were absolute garbage, please fire the old man. He tried to scam us from our rewards money and expected us to be ok with it. We had the manager handle the situation because his intelligence was on the floor, couldn't do simple math to give us the remainder of our money back.
