I bought a ring for husband after he lost it on vacation. Jason was amazing with helping me. I went to return the ring recently after only having it a few weeks and KAYLA was very degrading when speaking to me. I was never informed about special orders and the return policy. She was very loud and repeated the same thing to me numerous times before I asked to speak to a manger because I very threatened and disrespected. KAYLA then proceeded to the manager and repeated very loudly once more about me not being able to return the ring. I then had enough and want to see another sale rep in the store. KAYLA then told me to go over there where the manager was and I had asked to have the manger come to me. KAYLA needs customer service training if you guys want to stay in business. I have never felt that low in my life. The manager finally came over and explained which KAYLA did not that I could exchange the ring for a different style but couldn’t return it. I was find with that. I would have been fine with KAYLA letting me know that I couldn’t return the ring if she had a better way of talking to customers. Customers are people and we spend our money and trust in the jeweler and sale reps to help us and get us through our jewelry needs. I will never shop here again and I will refused to let anyone I know to shop with this company. I am very unhappy with Rogers & Holland’s after so many good experiences. One Apple will...
Read more“A Christmas miracle”….My wife lost her diamond while we were swimming at a water park in the Dells around 10 years ago. My wife is unselfish and frugal. But since we are celebrating our 30th anniversary this year I suggested that we just go look and see. We stopped at Rogers & Hollands at Brookfield Square because her original ring was from Rogers & Hollands. I asked Lynn if someone could help us. She referred us to Becky. These 2 ladies are amazing!!! Becky has 45 years of experience and she knew exactly how to help us! My wife had tears and I was so happy that day because she finally replaced her diamond ring and kept the original wedding band. The ring wasn’t scheduled for pickup until after Christmas, but Lynn said “let me see what I can do.” “Maybe a Christmas miracle,” I said. My wife was expecting the ring to be ready after the Holidays, but with Lynn’s help and the extra effort by the person who prepared her new ring, I was able to surprise my wife on Christmas. We all had tears of joy!!! Thank you so much Lynn, Becky, the person who prepared her ring, and Rogers & Hollands!!! We are so grateful. “A longing fulfilled is sweet to the soul,”...
Read moreA quick note about the service from Amanda Coman. For being an Assistant Store Manager, in Brookfield, she needs a bit more training on customer service. Not very welcoming when we came in. I realize you can't see smiles behind masks, but you tell just through "eye communication" when someone is, or tone of voice. Nothing. We told her we were there to have the wedding bands and engagement ring sent in, to be soldered together. We had the Rogers and Hollands box, along with the paperwork, sitting on the counter. She then asked in a condescending tone, "Were they purchased here?" Come on - do you not see the box? It was a very cold and unwelcoming interaction. Not like the other times we were there. We purchased everything there. Engagement ring, wedding bands for the engagement ring and the groom wedding band. When given the price, to have the rings serviced, she gave the price and said, "so do you want to move forward?" in a tone that suggested we wouldn't. Not happy with her attitude and the next time we go in to pick up the rings, we'll seek out someone with a more...
