I have been going to this location since 2020 and this one is pretty much the only one I use. I ordered on the mobile app like always and use the curbside pickup. This AM I arrived checked in informed what space I was in received the email, card has been charged, working on the order, shortly after that received another message stating a team member is on their way with my order. I waited and waited and waited and finally I called them and they told me they did not have my order. I told them don’t even waste anymore of my time just refund my card and I’m leaving then they told me that someone was going to come out and refund my card, well guess what that NEVER HAPPENED either. Now it’s 20mins later I’m in the drive through line now waiting another 10-15 just to get to the window. I finally make it to the speaker and they once again tells me they don’t have my order once again I say just give me a refund I have my mobile receipt confirmation. Too much of my time had been wasted. Finally get to the window and I said I’m just here for my refund and all of a sudden my food appears packed and ready. They still messed up the order because EVERYTIME I order the yogurt I always get the cookie crumbs in a separate container and it’s ALWAYS in a bag by itself and not mixed with the hot foods. Well this time everything was thrown in the bag and the cookie crumbs were mixed in the yogurt. I feel they still should’ve given me the food plus the refund for wasting my time and losing my mobile app order. Rest assured I will not go back to this location again they are becoming way too slow. I was at this same location earlier this week and it took them 10+ minutes to bring that order out. Read moreHad a bad experience today trying to go thru the drive thru. Line was moving very very slowly even for 530pm. Waited and got to the order board and someone was calling for a name for the order. Told them my name a few times. I talk really loud so dont quite understand why they could not get it going. By then I noticed that 5 cars had gone thru the other order lane and Well i was still waiting. My daughter ordered but by now I was just frustrated and angry. I was done with this place. The woman outside taking charge card info said she would have the manager help me when I got to the window. I told her I was in front of a suv that left 5 minutes ago and at least 5 more cars. She said thats not supposed to ever happen. If they cant communicate they send someone out to help get the order. Well not today. So we got to the window and there were a lot of people standing around. I asked for tge manager and let her know this was not a good visit. Seemed like nothing good was going to result from the manager or restaurant so I left. My daughter was pretty unhappy with everything and she lost her desire for any chick-fil-a food. So 16 plus dollars down the drain from the whole restaurant experience. This place is about 30 minutes from my house and we drove to get food there in our lovely minus 4 degree weather. So not feeling any positive thoughts from todays visit. Drove an hour and wasted 15 minutes in line. I am not in any hurry to try any chick-fil-a location...
Read moreI placed an order for 4 chicken biscuits (3 of them meals) and 1 chicken little bite meal. When I left I realized I only had 3 biscuits and my chicken littles (and my hash browns and drinks) so I was missing a sandwich. So I called, and explained my situation and asked if it was too late since I had already left to still get my missing sandwich. She promised one would be set aside and asked my name. Everything seemed very promising. When I arrived I told the woman at the counter I called and I sandwich should have been put aside for me and then stated my name. She walked away and I was presented a different lady who I also explained my situation to. She said they didn’t normally do that to which I responded with a puzzled look. So you don’t normally give your customers food that has been paid for? She then asked three times who I had spoke to which by then I had no idea as I was already on my fourth employee. She then handed me a sandwich and walked away. So I waited at the counter as I had already been waiting an hour for this sandwich I felt I should bring more food to my upset family. I asked to add 1 Mac and cheese which I was told would be OVER A HALF HOUR WAIT. So I thanked them and left.
