We were recommended Bradley T. Harris Jewelers by a co-worker of mine to make my engagement ring. We emailed Jennifer to set up an initial appointment to show her what we were working with and the designs we were interested in. My mother had given us a ring to break apart and have made into my engagement ring. We really didn't know much about the whole process but Jennifer was very patient and informative with us. Her personality was just a delight! We had checked out a few other jewelers before out appointment with Jennifer and they all seemed to not be interested in what we wanted or to help us with the process. We were constantly told "email me photos of what you have to work with and the designs you want and we'll get back to you." We had the actual ring in had and no one would take the time to help us. We never heard back from multiple jewelers. Jennifer took time to explain the diamond we had and how the whole process would work. We went through her other designs and put together what will now be a family heirloom. It took her months to get it just right, we told her there was no rush, but boy was I floored when my now-husband dropped to one knee. I am blown away by the service I received here!

I arrived early in the day with a watch that needed a battery replaced and my engagement ring that was a full size too big for me. My ring was already a very small size because I have crazy small fingers, so I was worried about being able to keep the engraving my fiance had gotten done on the inner band. This wasn't like initials or some small engraving, it was a full phrase in an elegant font. The saleswoman was honest with me that she didn't know if the jeweler would be able to salvage the engraving and take the ring down to the size I needed, but she would keep my ring and call me with a verdict when the jeweler arrived for the day. About an hour later the jeweler called me and confirmed that the outlook was grim for my engraving but he would try his best and I gave the go-ahead. Imagine my surprise when right at 4pm, an hour before they closed THE SAME DAY, I got a call that my ring was ready and that they had saved the engraving!! My ring is beautiful and fits amazing now! I can't see any evidence of where the jeweler took out metal! I wasn't expecting to see my ring for at least another day or two!

I had a great experience at Bradley T Harris. I was looking for a diamond solitaire pendant for my girlfriend for her birthday. Jennifer was excellent at helping me find and look through the different options from their loose diamond inventory. I was able to look at the diamonds under a loop and even see them under a stronger microscope. Most people could probably care less about this but I love that kind of science stuff being an engineer. Plus they really want you to see the quality that you are paying for. They carry GIA certified stones and have GIA trained jewelers. Jennifer provided the very best in customer service not only in the store but calling me to let me know new stones were in and to see if I had made a decision on what stone to buy.
