Spoke with Sagar after my dog’s grooming appointment at lux dog grooming (which I also HIGHLY recommend) and he offered recommendations on chews, treats, food and supplements for my dog. He gave in depth rationales for each of his recommendations and even offered samples of some of those recommendations to try. We are frequent customers, and we have no issue with the establishment. But the female employee at the checkout desk has a wild dog behind the desk that she has no control over; she has to hold him by the collar. You will have to step out of the store for her to put him up. When you enter the store, the dog jumps up and barks aggressively. When you enter the store, the dog barks nonstop. It's not a safe environment, and it wasn't like this.
