DO NOT EAT HERE. Upon entering Milano Pizza & Subs, the old man at the counter rudely raised his voice at me and my mother, giving us no time to look at the menu. He immediately demanded we order. The establishment was extremely warm, to the point where me and my mother had to stand outside just to get any kind of air. We watched, horrified, as they took our food out of the freezers and microwaved it all dish by dish. Somehow it took the two men working 25 minutes just to put FROZEN food in the MICROWAVE. All we ordered was ravioli and eggplant parm. Once the food was done, the other man working to microwave everything announced that our food was done. I stepped inside, picked up my food, and asked the old man if this was everything. Instead of giving me a proper answer, he shooed me out of the restaurant We got home, tasted it, and couldn't help but spit it out. The sauce was unseasoned and came out of a jar, while the ravioli and eggplant were both mushy and rubbery. Not worth $20, and if you value your dime then I recommend finding another place to eat lunch.

A group of us eat here about every weekend. It’s authentic & quick. Always good never a bad experience. The pizza is the best & the cold cut subs! I always order a 5 piece wings they are baked with sauce on the side. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken parmigiana it’s just cold spaghetti they heat up and a baked freezer chicken patty with sauce. I would prefer fresh pasta with a fried breaded chicken cutlet lol and fresh sauce, just ask how they prepare some of the pasta dishes prior to ordering. It was still good!

The best pizza in the Atlanta area. You already cant beat the quality and taste, but add the great price? It becomes near impossible to tell my husband no whenever he wants to get pizza for dinner. The gentleman who work there are friendly and recognize repeat customers, making you feel special and more than an order to them. The woman who is working phone and processing payment was very easy to talk to and found something to chat with everyone entering the store.

NEVER would recommend this restaurant to ANYONE. Found what appeared to be a small claw of some sort in the lasagna we ordered. My family of five could not eat the food after our discovery, so I called them on the phone to inform them we'd appreciate our money back. They told me to drive to the restaurant to show them what we found, as they do not cook the food there that they get it from a vendor. Upon my arrival the old man rudely threw my box on the table and insisted he had no idea what it was, and that it was most probably a piece of plastic. I said it was most certainly a claw and he got in my face screaming that I needed to leave. He then pulled over a second guy who held it in his hands, also acting unsure of what it was, but asked me disrespectfully if I wanted to keep it to ask a veterinarian. I politely asked for a full refund and the owner threw down a 10 dollar bill, and screamed at me to never return there and to get out. Mind you we spent 40 dollars for our meal. I've never felt so uncomfortable/disrespected as a young woman. The place looked disgusting on the inside, so I'm not surprised they handled it this way. We've always done delivery so never knew what the place looked like. I said to him I was mindblown that he could speak to a woman this way, to which he looked at me and said you are not a woman. Again, never coming here in the future and I recommend you don't as well....

My coworker visited Milano today for a few of us. I chose the small Caesar salad for $4.99. I added chicken for $2. I also ordered an extra package of Caesar dressing for .60 cents. What I received was a half cup of romaine lettuce. NO CROUTONS, NO PARMESAN CHEESE. In the bottom of my super small container(cake container, clear with clam shell hinged lid) was about a quarter cup of water that had not been drained from the lettuce. The chicken for the salad was served on the side, wrapped in tin foil. It was about 3 ounce of chicken; the chicken was moist and seasoned. So basically, I just forked over 8$ for 5 bites of lettuce with dressing and chicken. I am beyond disappointed. I am still hungry. I am offended that they would charge someone $5 for a half cup of soaking wet romaine with traces of brown throughout the lettuce. I'll never spend another penny at this establishment. I'm afraid to even know what the pizza looks, smells or tastes like.

p.s. If you're out of paremesan and croutons....how about just not sell Caesar salads. Also, how about upping the size of the small salad OR lowering the...

I have been coming here and the original location for around 30 years when I was single and now with my family. It's nothing great but it is cheap and fulfills a craving. Tonight the lady taking our order over the phone messed up our order (somehow) I ordered the 3 small pizzas for $15. She even confirmed, you want the carry out special - you bet. When Obama drove inflation through the roof, they put a %10 surcharge on all items. The website has had that for 10 years . I was a little worried there may be a new Biden %40 surcharge. There was actually a %66 percent surcharge as our 3 small pizzas for $15 turned into 3 large pizzas for $25. My was picked up the order and asked why the $10 difference. Owner stated that" it clearly states there is %10 surcharge on the website! I know my menu prices!" He was screaming and slammed his hands down on the counter and then stated that she could take her business elsewhere! I went up to the restaurant to speak to the little man. They were closed, tight as a drum at 8 pm on Saturday night. 2 hours before their posted closing time....
