My daughter and I visited your Newark, DE store, Thursday (2/7/18) approx. 4:45pm. We were greeted and offered assistance upon entering. We thanked and informed the associate we were there to browse. Other customers entered the store and nothing was said to them. We approached the back of the store, and the same employee again asked if we needed help which we replied no thank you. After deciding we'd return at a later date, we walked to the front of the store where another employee (pregnant), hastily approached us asking if we needed anything. Ordinarily, I would not have taken offense, being a loyal Kirkland's customer (spending 1000s there) and where the associates usually offer help to shoppers. However, we (Black) were watched constantly and approached 3 times in a relatively short period of time. There were other customers (White) in the store who were allowed to shop in peace. I felt we were being racially profiled. I Will NEVER do business...

I just want to say that I am very disappointed with the way my shopping experience went today. I absolutely love this store and have never had any problems in the past with bad customer service. Today my boyfriend and I went in to purchase a table for our TV and we asked the employee “Lynn” for help and right away she was very disrespectful, offensive and RUDE! We also asked her if there was anymore in the back because a different employee from the prior day said they had more in the back and she goes “I don’t know who told you that but that’s not true, this is the only one we have in store so do you want it?” as if we were lying to her! I really hope LYNN doesn’t continue ruining my shopping...

Kirkland's is one of my favorite home goods stores. The associates always offer help loading my car, when I purchase large furniture. The prices may be higher than other home stores like TJ Maxx but, it's easy to find a steal here. If they're minor defects or blemishes they usually mark down the price significantly. With a little hunting around the store, you're sure to find an amazing deal on high-quality pieces. This is my place for trendy holiday decor and beautiful accent pieces like throw pillows! They offer in-store military discounts and if you sign up for emails, you get unbeatable coupons. It’s difficult not to find at least one item you love...
