June 2024 update I got the butter chicken it's not the Indian butter chicken...I didn't understand what I was eating for most of my meal...then I realized it was butter like bread and butter. Since it was called a "sauce" I misunderstood. It was delicious but not at all what I thought I was ordering. Once again my lack of experience got in my way. They need a class...or at least a human taking my order I can ask questions to. I didn't pee instead I passed. I did get a honeybar treat to go. 🤤

I love the vibe and the workers are awesome. It is not set up for a first-timer to have a great experience. I did not enjoy my meal. I did not understand what a honey bar was. And I know I'll do better next time. I love that they have a seasonal menu and source their ingredients to be fresh and delicious. I thought the parmesan crisps were too salty. I thought the red onions were weird tasting and would not get either of those ingredients again. I think next time for my salad I will go for a customized one that I make myself. My husband really enjoyed his stir fry.

Now on to the bathroom. They have two gender neutral bathrooms. One was okay. The other one needed a lot of attention. I felt like both of them should have been serviced more often and I know that that is something that a staff member is responsible for in a restaurant and so I was disappointed that they did not seem to be up on that part of things. Anthony Bourdain said in his book kitchen confidential. If the bathroom of a restaurant is dirty, how bad could the kitchen be which is not visible by the customers.

Updated Review: Honeygrow's customer service reached out to us and offered us a giftcard, we decided to try it again and it was a completely different experience. Upon walking in, the restaurant was nice and cool, despite it being an equally hot day. The food was ready in a 1/4th of the time and the checkout person was extremely helpful and pleasant. It might have been because we weren't hot and miserable but the food tasted significantly better. The two experiences were night and day. Hats off to their customer service. I'm glad they gave us the opportunity to try it again.

Original Review: It is 90 degrees out this afternoon with no breeze and it was significantly cooler to eat outside than it was to eat inside. My husband, who under normal circumstances doesn't sweat much, was soaked in sweat from just standing inside waiting for our order. A treat to your senses of site, smell and taste. With so many options you might not be able to make a decision. Ask the staff for a taste before you order a particular food. Also, ask for special consideration, if you have any food allergies.

My favorite thing about this restaurant is that, even with multiple visits, there will always be new choices for your tastebuds. Family friendly but be careful with the hotter (spicer) choices. Especially with young children.

Definitely five stars on variety alone!

Good food, great service personnel! Everything is worth the visit. So many choices, I cannot choose just one. Definitely worth the visit!
