I visited this establishment today to pick up my order which wasn’t ready by the time I selected online. So I waited in line while the employee proceeded to move at snails pace making the order for the gentleman ahead of me. She then started making my order which she slapped together, threw a bunch of ingredient haphazardly and tore the tortilla while wrapping it. She then got another tortilla and dumped the 1st burritos ingredients into the 2nd tortilla with ingredients falling onto the floor, counter, etc.
This place is a dump! The food counter is filthy. I’m shocked this place hasn’t had a violation. The toppings, salsas, sauces are all over the place- mixed into one another with cross contamination. What about people with food allergies or dietary restrictions (vegan, etc). I saw flies buzzing around. They didn’t even have the decency to wipe in between customers. It literally looked like animals had served themselves. I have never been to such a disgusting restaurant.
The employee didn’t care to make the food look slightly presentable. It was slapped together. She literally threw the burrito on the counter when she was done wrapping it which was not even fully covered with foil. The chips were literally dripping with oil and leaked all over the bag. We had to throw them out.
The worker was so confused and unprofessional. She would lean over to get the toppings while her dirty apron touched my burrito. Needless to say, her apron was filthy dirty from other peoples food.
I will never be going back to this branch and would never recommend it to...
Read moreTonight was the worst experience I have ever had at any Qdoba.. After working an extremely long 12 hour day. I ordered online came in at the suggested time the food was to be done. 8:21pm I was told that it would be another 20 minutes if I wanted cilantro rice and 6 minutes for adobo chicken. Although I didn’t want the brown rice I figured I would have my meal faster if I substituted so I accepted. I went to my car and returned in about 8 minutes figuring they would have my order ready. STILL NO ORDER. At this time there is a line now and I am not the only person waiting for a meal. After 30 additional minutes after the suggested time it took almost an hour!!!! And the young lady behind the counter working tonight made it her business to take the other people who walked in almost 10 minutes after me their meals first! I’m not sure why the staff felt that it okay to be dismissive and nonchalant about the mishap with the food but customer service would have saved them tremendously. Maybe a “ma’am just a few minutes” or even “I’ll be right with you” no acknowledgment or apologies for the extremely long and unnecessary wait just “have a great night” really sure I will have a great night as I fall asleep eating my meal tonight. This qdoba need to do better with their evening shift everyone in this place looks miserable and like they hate Their jobs. Listen if you want to eat around 8 or later please save yourself the trouble and don’t order online....
Read moreI asked for a crusted cheese quesadilla, and I don’t think she heard or understood me the first time. She asked me to repeat myself. again I said “crusted quesadilla please,” and she nodded and began my order. I noticed that she wasn’t putting cheese on the grill but I figured maybe they grill it lightly first. I turned to get napkins and my food was ready. I sat down and opened it, and there was no cheese. I let the cashier know and she asked for the receipt, and sure enough they didn’t charge for the crusted quesadilla, just a regular. now I look ridiculous like I’d just changed my mind, and I tried to politely let her know I asked for the crusted quesadilla. I hate asking things like that so I was as polite as humanly possible, but I was still met with irritation and attitude. Fine, I understand— I work in hospitality too. I offered to pay for a whole new order and she just put her hand out to ask for my food back. I gave it to her along with the $1.75 that it cost, and they put it back on the grill with cheese. I kid you not she grilled it for maybe 20 seconds on each side. What I received was a quesadilla covered in a thick, gloopy layer of cheese that looked extremely unappetizing. I wish I had just gone to shake shack across the...
