Absolutely outstanding customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Irfan Wahid at the Sleep Number store who truly went above and beyond. From the start, he was incredibly patient, informative, and never once made us feel pressured into buying. He took the time to explain every feature and benefit of the Sleep Number bed in detail, and made sure all of our questions were thoroughly answered.

What really stood out was how he based his recommendations on a quick sleep test we did, tailoring the options specifically to our needs instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive product. It’s clear that he’s committed to providing the right solution, not just making a sale.

Even while we were finalizing our transaction, I noticed him treating other customers with the same level of care—whether they were just exchanging items or simply browsing. That showed me this person genuinely values customer satisfaction and is focused on providing an excellent experience for every client.

I haven’t had worst customer service ever. they don’t know how to talk to the customers the lady was yelling at me for no reason I was asking her to assist me or help me with the payments transaction earlier they were saying that they had an issue with the system. However, we came into know that it’s my bank, who stopped the payment because of some billing address and something like that and when I asked her to help me instead of that, she said directly know she yelled at me and she threatened me and canceled the order saying Do whatever you like. We visited the Newark location and was greeted by Rashiid who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help us pick the right mattress for us after many years of trying to find one that was prefect. What I appreciate most is that he was very honest on what bed would fit our liking without trying to upsize us. It was not about getting a commission but rather helping us out to find the perfect mattress. Overall we had a wonderful experience and definitely will be returning to the store for future purchases...
