I had some earrings custom made in 10kt gold. I could not find my Guage earring in gold anywhere. I left one of my earrings with them for a model. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. They sent me a copy of the design from the model earring i left, using a designing software beforehand to confirm that everything was correct. I am extremely happy with the turnout. The whole process was complete within a couple of weeks, and they never never strayed from the original price i was told. Very professional and great prices. I will continue to give them my business and would highly recommend their services!!!

I bought a bracelet there it broke twice a week after purchasing. They refused to return it. When I bought it I was told it was 14kt, then noticed it's marked 10kt. Took it to a jewler to be fixed and guess what? It's plated! Not even real gold. Waste of 400$ total trash. Oh the other reviews are written by employees...
