Suki Hana — Restaurant in Brookside

Please be careful when purchasing from Suki Hana I was in a few days ago and ordered 3 platters @ $5.95 each and 2 egg rolls - they charged me $1.50 each and 2 drinks @ 1.45 each I have ordered this before and it generally runs around $23 $ or so approximately. Well it pleased the girl to give me shrimp rolls without notifying me and actually this is not what i ordered. Regular egg rolls have only vegetable and are only $1.00 each if I had a seafood allergy it would have been lethal for me. My total bill was $25.25 which was a little high based on the prices I then realized that the shrimp roll which were given to me were an extra $3.00 and the receipt says (extra beef) Well the register has to be adjusted to reflect what the customer is ordering as we did not order anything with beef in it. There was also an extra (MISC) charge on the receipt and when I questioned it, the young lady got so defensive with me! I had to take a minute to explain that when a customer is questioning something they don't understand on a receipt - it is her job as the business to take the time to explain it not to be defensive. She muttered something under her breath in her language. Honestly I don't understand what the explanation was all I know is that I was charged $7.45 & $3.00 for shrimp rolls i did not order. Needless to say I will never eat at Suki...

Horrible!!! My mother and I were rushed to decide our order from the moment we approached the line- so the employees that worked the line could write our meal numbers on our box. Having never been there it took us a moment to decide. Then at the register were never given our receipt. At the very end of the counter the hibachi cook finishes the sides of rice/noodles or vegetables with your protein choice ( chicken, beef, shrimp, etc). Well, that hibachi cook was very rude. I couldn’t even understand what he was saying when my mother and I were bagging up our meals. Well, I just returned home and opened my container and there is no shrimp or chicken ( from the #7 meal I ordered)in the box. Sooo I just spent 15$ for noodles and broccoli. I tried immediately calling suki Hana and at 6:01 PM on a Sunday no one will answer the phone. Believe me I will never return!!! Except to get my $ back. Ridiculous!! I did return the following day, with my meal intact, and management immediately offered to remake my order properly. However, with the aggravation and car rides back and forth I just wanted a refund. I got my money back with no...

The meat portions are getting less and less everytime I go, its pretty consistenly getting stingier with meat. This time I only got half ontop on the rice worth. Used to have great portion size covering atleast half the box (not a quarter of the box like I received today.) I've had this food for about 20 years now, and now it seems almost not really worth it not. The boxes are just loaded up with your choice of starch and veggies now and barely any meat.

To all the people who are getting snarky and bad attitudes, understand the line is usually fast moving and they wanna get orders in. You should know what you want before you stand in line to get the boxes. If you do wanna pick and choose just ask for a box and go...
