I received today Sunday 01/05/2025 a phone call from ROLEX USA.
The manger was very decent and so helpful. First she apologized and clarified that Rolex is using a phone system software to do phone calls. Lately some phone networks started to recognize software * non human * phone calls as a scam call and they blocked it. So it show to rolex that they called md however I haven’t received the call.
The manager promised me she will take care of me and I will soon receive my watch.
The way she talked was so professional and for me the company to take it seriously and give me a call on the next day in the weekend reflects how much this company are professional and take care of their customers. I will hold my complaint as far as Im satisfied
I had very bad experience with Radcliffe jewelers
On Aug 24 2024 I went to Christiana mall * 115 Christiana mall Newark DE 19702 after I had an appointment to buy my dream Rolex Dayjest watch.
I was on time and I met my advisor Trae Hardy. He showed me the watch and we agreed on the price 8000$ and i put my phone number and my email address and I got a text message confirmation.
I haven’t received any communication till today 01/01/2025 so i decided to call Radcliffe customer service to see whats going on.
The lady on the phone first told me that the advisor Trae Hardy is no longer working and u need to schedule an appointment with the new advisor which i have never who?!! Then she said your watch was sold to another customer because we tried to contact you multiple times on 10/10/2024 with no answer from your side!! When I double check my text messages phones or voicemail that I received in October 2024 I couldn’t find anything from Radcliffe !!
I took my car and went on spot to Radcliffe, inside the mall I met David Waggoner as I know the store manager. I was expecting him to help by reschedule with priority of fast pick up However, the man said nothing I can do for you now and you need to go back to the last person in the line again + pay 150$ overprice !!
Attached my phone log showing nothing received from them by phone texts or even voicemail in October 2024.

Radcliffe’s is both reliable and reputable, but the connection that the employees at Radcliffe’s make with the customers are what put you at a class above the others! If I’m allowed to say, you are the Ritz Carlton of jewelry stores. Your customer service and experience is like no other. Mariel Veras, not only started our journey making us feel welcomed, but ensured to design our jewelry to the specifications we wanted to create a unique, custom, and one of a kind piece. She worked with us from the beginning to the end making us feel valued as a customer and ensuring we had her direct contact information. The company had clear expectations not just from us regarding our wishes, but they set the expectations for us, so we knew what to expect throughout the process. They not only met those expectations but superseded all of them. We have had nothing but positive things to share about our experience.
