They are the best. I know that sounds cheesy. My dad passed during covid, not from covid. I took his watch which stopped working to Littman Jewelers and they sent it to Switzerland for a total overhaul.($600+) Well long story short it took almost 2 years to get back. I picked it up from Littman and it worked! A week later when I wore it the crown just fell off. I waited a few weeks due to my schedule and all at work. I went back to see if they could remedy the situation or even just send it out again. They are out of business. I waited a year or so kept it in a safe and just accepted that I will hold on as a keepsake. Once day last week I thought why not just see if a jeweler is willing to get into repairing a several thousand dollar Swiss watch. I googled them bla bla and so on… expected the same response from other jewelers. I was welcomed and they inspected the watch for 5 mins or so as I spoke with the friendly manager or jeweler. I never even asked he looked at it with his magnify glass one more time and said it will be done tomorrow no problem. Shook my hand and thanked me!?? I received a text the next day from them which said it is repaired and ready to be picked up. I saw it and it looked great and after an hour or so it starting to run again as he said it would and the crown is strong and solid. I won’t get into the pricing but I was shocked about how fair the price was and the knowledge of the staff....

Will always be my go to Jeweler for all my jewelry repairs & creations!!! I always leave there feeling like family! A couple of years ago I was to the point with my arthritic knuckle, that I was not going to be able to wear my wedding band & engagement ring anymore! Don remade my band/shank of my ring, to be able to accommodate for my knuckle and reconstructed my band to be more beautiful than I could imagine....all For a very reasonable price & did not have my ring for weeks...because they don’t send their jewelry out; they do all the repairs/creations onsite!! All the jewlers there are amazing and extremely knowledgeable with repairs and crafting new jewelry creations!! They helped my husband create a beautiful one of a kind necklace for me 2 Christmas’s ago & just this month (mid Aug 2025 they custom made me a diamond half eternity ring to wear behind my wedding set), in the same special band to fit over my knuckle, using extra diamonds from a diamond tennis bracelet I had them size down!!! Absolutely beautiful!! They have a life-time customer with me!! Been going to them for years for all my jewelry wants and needs…and will continue to only...
