Buying our love sactional was one of the best experiences in making a purchase ever. Let me begin by saying Mackenna at the Christiana store is amazing. Our treatment both before the sale, as she spent over an hour with us making sure we got the perfect setup, and after the sale tracking a package that our FedEx driver forgot, and helping with any questions we had. She is truly a lesson it what an employee can do for a company, not only will we buy more Lovesac furniture the Christiana store is the only place we will be shopping! When she said welcome to the love sac family she meant it! Now on to the couch, we ordered with Mackenna on a Saturday it arrived on Tuesday. Setup was a breeze after watching the video. Any questions we had were promptly answered by txt. We got 6 seats and 9 sides a ottoman table and three cup holders. All of the the furniture is very high quality. It looks so nice in our room and we love the flexibility. Mackenna was right about the dog hair and the venitian taupe corded velvet it just flies right off. We visited the showroom twice at the Christiana Mall location. The first time we were there Yvette and Shelbi offered us lots of information. They both worked with processing what we were looking to get, answered our 100+ questions and were not “pushy sales people”, there is nothing worse! We were coming up on Labor Day and wanted to wait to see if there was going to be a better sale than what the current offer was. Yvette made sure to get my phone number and let us know she would text us as soon as she heard. I honestly was surprised they were true to their word. I even text a couple of time with more questions and got a response! When I went back to the showroom to place my order Shelbi was the only one working. The store was super busy but she remained cool, calm and collected. She broke down numbers for me of what our payments would be and even made a changes to our order with and without a couple of pieces to see the price difference. I truly hope our experience with our new Lovesac is just as good as our experience at the Lovesac showroom!! The staff was very knowledgeable, I had it all figured out when I went to the Christiana location, so I thought. The arrangement would have let the inside show on the sides so we played with the blocks and formed the arrangement I was looking for. They took the time to show on the samples in store to detach and attach so we could see the way I had it set up showing inside as well as how to attach units. The pieces came and my daughter put it together, the only issues she came across was putting on the covers for the sides. Maybe they can come up with some way to put some slight form of elasticity so it is not so hard to put on and get in place. The experience has been amazing and it looks exactly like I imagined. I ordered the Stealth and the pieces had the speakers attached so we have to attach subwoofer only. It looks great in the rec room can't wait to experience the sound system as we relax and enjoy...
