I went on vacations to Delaware and we were by the Mall on my birthday so I both two charms and the sales lady suggest that si should buy a security chain for my bracelets in case this open so I won’t loose my charms so I did it and I left my bracelets to be clean and 45 mins later when si came to pick it up she told me she broke my bracelet. The manager agree to replace it and after other 45 mins waiting for her to gave me the bracelet si left. The next day my bracelet open and all the charms spill in the ground and I did not know what that could happened since I had bought the security chain so I call the store and told them that something was wrong with it but I don’t live there so they told me to any Pandora where I live and the will take care of the problem. Well.... I went to the store and the sales woman explain to me that they gave me a different bracelet than the one I had for that reason the security chain doesn’t do nothing.m and if I want to secure the charms on this bracelet I was given I have to change the security chain for the correct one but I have to put $45.00 more becsuse they are $90.00. Very dissspoi nted they knew what they were doing when they gave me a different bracelet and they knew the security chain wouldn’t work but stay quiet. They just want to get rid of their problem quickly. I am filling a complaint to the corporate. That is not how you treat a costumer! Be careful with that store inside the mall the sales woman and the manager are are dishonest...
Read moreI’ve been a big shopper of pandora for a long time. And unfortunately this trip i was highly disappointed. Their were three sale ladies and the one who was busy took the time to help me while there were two In the back who did not acknowledge me at all. I had to go up to them and ask them if they could show me some products and even then they both looked at each other for a minute and gave me attitude. I’m honestly very patient but the attitude was not necessary they could have at least greeted me. I would much rather just shop online now because this location was so disappointing. The one sales lady who usually greets me was not here today or else I feel like my experience would have been much different. I just wish they would not judge their customers and treat everyone with kindness and respect regardless of anything. Overall horrible customer service. She tried to look up my email with the purchase i made the bracelet with she Folsom find it. She had an attitude the whole time. She responded me with an attitude was talking to me rude and like she bothered because she couldn’t fine my proof of purchase. So i looked my account and brought up the proof of purchase showed her it. So she an attitude about that. She got the bracelet never said anything else to me. But act ignorant rude and unprofessional. The manager was there ad well and never said anything to about her ignorance. As much MONEY A I SPEND on pandora NEVER once was i ever treated this way.
