You guys need to do a better job on training the people you have at the front door about Micro aggression and things they shouldn’t be saying and should be saying! I walked into the store today and I normally go when I need to find something quick. I wasn’t greeted with a “hi, how are you, let me know what you need help with” instead was greeted with “ just to let you know today’s only going to be 6 items in the fitting room” I said I immediately replied with “huh” and then she went on to repeat the same sentence. I said “okay…” in a very confusing manner bc that was Odd as I continued to shop in the area directly next to the door a white family walked in immediately after and they were greeted with “Hi, how are you? let me know if you guys need help with anything today” and a smile and continued to great other white families like that even after! I was disgusted and didn’t even continue to shop! that’s not somewhere I want to...

I could not find a size for a dress I wanted so one employee told me they could order it to my home and also provide a 14 day return if it doesn't fit. When I went to order my dress a different employee took my info. She didn't ask for my name or had me confirm the shipping address spelling beforehand which she spelled incorrectly and sent to the wrong state. On top of that she chose to make me pay a "deposit" or installments without me requesting to. There was also no tracking number provided. When I asked her where it was she told me to "scan the receipt" and go online. Never got a order confirmation either. Receipt clearly shows they took my money but I have no tracking number and am now paying installments? Now im out $22 for a dress that is possibly shipping to a non...
