I was incarcerated for 4 months during this time the payments to the 50 Inch flat screen TV I had been paying for while incarceration Krystal the manager of the store had been great about the this situation, during this time the dryer at the house went out and whom ever and I am 100 percent sure it was the same manager delivered a dryer to the house and it was placed under my name this needed to go under my mothers name because she ordered this and was being charged for the dryer. I was out on April 16th 2023, I called and thanked her. However, I wondered why the dryer was in my name without prior authorization and my signature from me or my mom. two weeks later I fell ill, and was in a coma with kidney disease, and another life threatening issue i was in this coma for two and a half weeks. soon as I was awake of course I inquired about the payments to aarons for the two items and was told that I did not have to pay it any longer and to fill out some paperwork the this Manager had brought to the hospital and said that I rightfully owned the items in question and fill out the paperwork and the the doctor in charge fill hers out and send it directly to aarons. verified the Doctors paperwork had been filled out and sent from her office and I did ,y part too. I called aarons and indicated to them that we were moving and that they should come and pick up the dryer. this lady was rude and thought that by using an ominous foul language came to my house as i left and took all items the t v the coach and the dryer and decided she did not need to speak to my and hung up the phone on me it thus ia a complete misuse of power and capitalism she deserves to be treated the same way she treat me as a customer rude and irresponsible. this way of treating people is not customer service and she the manager will pay for putting my elderly parents through this and abusing of me being sick and unable to be here when they arrived. if this is the way this person does business and anyone else feels they were mistreated in an unprofessional manner well then shame on you Krystal or what ever your name is and a Class Action Lawsuit will be filed against you personally and the store my name is Jose Senquiz, jsenquiz64@yahoo, is my email i unlike this person does not hide behind the curtains and treat people in with the same disgrace i was...
Read moreThis has to be the worst and most unprofessional hot mess of an Aarons in existence. I've had so many issues with the 3 things I have rented from them. I now only have a washer machine and it's been the worst experience of them all. First I was told there was a holiday special and I would have no payments until January 1st. In December they send out an employee to REPO my washer who didn't even have a payment due yet. When we called to fix the confusion the employee who handled the call accused my fiance of lying, and was completely rude and SO unprofessional. We finally got that mess straightened out and made a payment in January, and here we are a couple days before my payment is due (Feb 1st), and they send ANOTHER employee to my house to discuss my "behind" washer payments that we were promised would be handled. I would highly recommend going to another location, or idk, like Buddys? Save yourself...
Read moreI first gave this place 5 stars when I first purchased my couch. They were wonderful to me during the purchase. However, I will be taking my account to a different Aaronâs! They have made sure to call me to tell me I didnât make a payment real quick, when in fact it had been made. They just did not look at my account properly. But my question is have they called to tell me they are coming to fix a recliner on one of my couches I got? NOPE! They have known this recliner was broke since the day it was delivered. Now all I get is excuse after excuse!! Either the part was on back order or they donât have a technician. After speaking to another manager at a different store, he immediately informed me it should not be taking this long! Therefore, if you want to shop at Aaronâs DO NOT go to...
