The product was decent, but the service was lacking for service. Staff seemed quite unfriendly during my visit....

Then there is my sisters visit where they sold her gun to another customer, gave her the wrong model as a replacement, and when she returned to just get a refund the staff member responsible for the mistake THREATENED TO ASSAULT HER.

Makes you wonder what the feds would think of such conduct, both in regards to giving a customer a gun with a different serial number, and the associate making threats with access to privileged personal info.

@Reply to owner's reply. She states she was verbally threatened with violence. So someone isn't telling the truth. She has no reason to lie does she? What does she get out of that? Obviously i wasn't there so i can't attest to either side. I'm simple posting my review of the experience as i have experienced it. My visit was mediocre, I'm not displeased with my purchase, but rather my personal experienced coupled with the horrific experience my sister has reported to me. We initially visited the store together to make the purchase. I pushed her to buy that .38 and now here we are. However we agree it's unfortunate it did happen, mistakes happen. Customers make comments regardless if they are appropriate or not, they should never be replicated by staff on the clock. It's a dangerous predicate for someone with clear access to both fire arms, and people's personal information to behave in a way that makes any member of the public question the trust they have to...

Way over priced and if you ever want to return anything they take 20 percent even if you just bout it and have a recet. Rural king is very professional and will save you hundreds of dollar's compared to this pawn shop. I purchased I Mossberg shot gun for $450 and at rural king it was a couple hundred dollar's cheaper..i purchased ak47 clips and a 1911 clips a day later at rural king it was half the price...so I tried to return the clips with a receipt and told me he will take %20 of my return very poor service I should have known better it's a Brooksville pawn shop. the ak47 was $750 and at rural king it was $599. I only went there because it was close to home, take the drive to rural king on 19 it will pay off for you, they have anything you need for all weapons and you will save hundreds .. and when you buy a gun there half of the stuff is missing out of the case or the Box you only get one clip when when you open the case there's a slot for two clips and then all the employees there seem pissed off attitude disrespectful like they don't want to help you and you are just taking up their time unless you're spending money seems like whenever I bought a gun there there was always something wrong with it total trash and garbage that...

Didn't do my due diligence so I paid $300 more for the AR-15 at American Gun than other sellers are asking. My bad. The owner later responded I had it on lay-a-way for two months without any charges. Isn't that is what lay-a-way is all about? And what does that have to do with anything to begin with?? Except perhaps I paid almost twice what this gun is worth. The exact gun is being sold for $500 on another site and not for the $859 I paid. So how custom is it? I'm new to guns and the only reason I bought this at the time was because the salesman assured me "we don't hike our prices like other dealers". This has nothing to do with your service as that was great. It has everything to do with price. In fact one reviewer stated you reduced the price of a gun by $500 for him. Why??? Could it be you were asking twice as much to begin with as with me? Please folks... look online and you will find much better prices than here. Then you can buy more ammo for...
