A while ago, I saw on the window that a bookstore was coming soon, and a bit after, I saw that it was open. I am very glad I came in that day, for not only is the atmosphere calming, and oozing with charm when you walk in the door, but there is some nice creativity in terms of structure. In the store, there is an archway that is made out of books! I just love it when stores think outside the box! The owner is great too! She is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable when it comes to the literary world. You may even share knowledge of books or stories that in my opinion do need more attention drawn to them. What is also great is that you can exchange a book you have, similar to GameStop, but far more reasonable. I was just there today, and dropped off a brand new copy of The Hobbit, and it was a special edition as well. Along with other stories such as A Christmas Carol. Speaking of classic stories, if you’re looking for authors such as Dr. Suess, Bram Stoker, Charles Dickens, Victor Hugo, Carlo Collodi, Robert Louis Stevenson, or even Stephen King, then this store has you covered! You can even find books written by local authors as well! Or if you are looking for something different, then that’s not a problem at all either! Because she can help you find a book that even you weren’t aware you were looking for! Another great thing is that you don’t even have to look for a book. There are book marks, plushes, and much more for your decorative imagination. So in conclusion, this is definitely a store you need to check out. Stopped in today for the first time and the shop is beautifully decorated and just adorable! I know they’re fairly new so the selection isn’t huge right now; but I am looking forward to coming back and checking it out again. My only suggestion would be more diversity in the books and authors. I didn’t see very many POC authors or LGBT books, but again, they were busy and the selection wasn’t huge, so I am going to give it another shot :)
