LaRocca Chiropractic — Local services in Brooksville

I've been here twice. His adjustment is decent. Very fast, but good. My reason for 2 stars is that he comes off as more of a talker than a listener. He talks more about himself (selling me on his practice) than asking about me. When asking me about how I feel, he already has me face down. He doesn't ask questions. And he didn't listen to my chief complaint and note it correctly (patient notes are preloaded in computer software) so I could file my accident insurance. The second time I went was 8 months after the first, and he charged me for a new patient visit. I questioned the increase charge, and he insisted that he performed a full new patient workup. Nope. That little greedy moment was too much on top of not listening to me, and he lost me...

Beautiful office, CLEAN, Staff is very warm and helpful. I have been so busy and of course waited until I was in pain to call Dr.LaRocca's office. The girls at the front got me in right away (within the hour!) I met with Dr.LaRocca and he was sooo nice, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He started me on therapy right away and then he adjusted me. I know its going to take a few more treatments for me to feel totally normal but I feel AMAZING after today's treatment. I go to call and make appointment.. i was going to he put in for thirsday aug 1… i said someone will verify my insurance and let me know what is due out of pocket so there arent any surprises.. i was told it can take up to a week:.
