Let me start this by pointing out there were no signs anywhere saying masks were required. I went to this location to pick up a tux for a friends wedding. I walked in and saw another gentlemen at the checkout desk with no mask on. Suing that in combination with no signage made me think it was okay to not wear one. When I asked an employee named Michael if I could pick up the tux I ordered he did not greet me. He simply asked if I had a mask and I said no. He then handed me one and said “I need you to put this on”. No please or explanation and his overall demeanor was negative. I didn’t argue or anything and just put it on. I think he could tell I was annoyed but like I said, I didn’t say a word, simply put on the mask. He grabbed the tux and told me to follow him. He put the tux in a changing room and walked away. Didn’t unzip the bag, didn’t tell me to try it on, didn’t say a word. Just walked away. I’m not a tux regular so I was unsure what he wanted me to do at this point. I went to find him and asked him if I was supposed to try the tux on. He looked at me like I was dumb and said “yes try it on”. I told him that he could have just told me that in the first place instead of just walking away. At this point I was frustrated and felt unwelcome so I tried the tux on quickly. It seemed to fit fine enough so I bagged it myself and checked out. Another employee checked me out and he was pleasant. I’m happy to abide by any regulations business may have but it was not posted and other customers were in the store without a face covering so I felt targeted. My experience was very negative and I will not be shopping at or supporting mens warehouse...

CHECK ALL SIZE NOTES ON PAPER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Fitting and sizing was a strange and inconvenient experience, had to go back multiple times as the test jacket was missing for my size. Also the first guy we dealt with did not take any measurements but instead made me try on a dozen jackets, in a different style than what we were trying to rent. the next time we came in someone took measurements but also noted the shoe size wrong (far too small) so the day before my wedding I had no shoes. Also, they don't have any backup shoes in the store for such mistakes (how?). 100% positive they wrote it down / ordered it wrong. Incredibly inconvenient to have to drive 1.5 hour round trip on toll roads to pick up shoes a second time, ON MY WEDDING DAY. Also one of my groomsmen received pants that were 6 inches too short and my father in law got a tux jacket that was completely the wrong size. we hit maybe a 50% success rate for my wedding party all together. Also had a big problem getting the free rental on my tux for the deal where you have x-number of people in your party rent and get yours free. They tried to send me a coupon code instead and it was a big mess and several phone calls to get it refunded. The staff here is polite and all, just really a mess of...

This place has terrible customer service!!! I went in for a friends wedding with 4 other grooms men. The lady who helped us was very strange and had an odd personality. I don’t know if she was on drugs but damn, it’s not that hard to stay organized and proficient. Maybe she had mental health problems but seemed to have a lot of anxiety and was stressed. Maybe she shouldn’t work there if she can’t handle multi tasking? It took the entire morning 3-4 hours to get our suits fit and out the door. Is this normal??

When I returned my suit, the young female working that day was terribly rude. I walked in and said “hi, I’m dropping off my suit.” She looked pissed off at life and didn’t want to be there. She asked me if I had anything in the pockets. I said no. She found a small piece of lint in one of those pockets, threw it at me and said “bye.” She didn’t ask my name or ask if I wanted a receipt or say thank you. I was visibly upset and was so mad, I just walked out.

These people are rude and have zero understanding of customer service. Because of this, I will never return or recommend men’s warehouse to rent suits. I gave a second star because the suits did look nice as...
