NEW SUN RACING IS TERRIBLE, scammed salesmen. Sold me a scooter they lied about speed, battery after sale they admitted didn't know. It tipped over or was pushed once on the right side over 3 months and could not "find the problem" when everything signaled the throttle. I even said the code and everything said was the throttle wires. 3 MONTHS a d was told my story (with camera evidence of one of workplaces) is fishy because nothing is fixing my story. As soon as I seen inside the handle, 2 wires just needed to be resoddered or a new throttle I got a new throttle for $20
Was told they checked the MOTHERBOARD and a switchboard? But not the throttle because not electricians. 3 months and 2 hospital visits from walking stressing my gout and 2 tanks of gas driving into brownsville weekly to check on my scooter that should be fixed or update that next week.
They wouldn't even give me the scooter info to contact the manufacturer they where "UNCOMFORTABLE"
3 MONTHS AND NEVER LOOKED AT THE ONE PART THAT TOOK IMPACT yet you told me to take it in instead of manufacturer which voided manufacturer on lower wires....
If you want overpriced items and official people.yo ruin your warranties this is the place to go....

I been using it when I got a chance, NSR give me 30 days of warranty on the electronics on the truck (they explain to me the warranty before buying). after that I have a special warranty rate on the electronics. This week for some reason my Servo(motor that control the Steering) stop working, I did check the Warranty prices on Traxxas page to replace my Servo. So after that I call NSR in Brownsville, they explain how the warranty works. and they actually respect the Warranty price on the servo. so i took my truck and that same day they change the part and took care of everything (No extra charge for labor!!!, Labor is included when you buy the RC and parts from them). From day one without buying anything the team of Brownsville (Jesus, Grace and Santos) had treat me as a person, I believe the care for their customers, and I don't thing they mislead you in any way. At the end I'm happy customer and I can recommend this location without any doubt. kudos...

The thing was about the waiting time for a repair on a scooter tire. There was just bad communication at first from the employees but they are making it up and I just recommend you guys to be clear on waiting times and prioritize services. I donât think swapping a tire tube should take a week and a half. And I get it, not employees fault. Just recommend being clear and taking priority on making the service a bit faster!
