I recently brought my phone to get repaired here, a few weeks later the screen started acting funny; it would randomly start messing up the screen would go black in certain spots; a few days after that the whole screen came OFF! THE WHOLE SCREEN! Not even a month since I repaired it at this place I went back today with my receipt to get it re fixed and they didn't want to repair their own mistake, or even do some sort of refund.

I took my phone to another business and the other person who fixed it showed me that they used an already USED screen, not once but twice they used that screen on another device. Doesn't even end there, the person who supposedly fixed the screen didn't only do their job in-correct, they tore of the ribbon for the face recognition (picture below), so not only did they mess up the screen, they messed up my phone entirely.

For working in retail and customer service this is an all time mayor disappointment by this business. Such a shame I will tell all of my friends and acquaintances to never take their service to this place!

Oh and to end of on a good note, it wasn't their fault apparently for the whole LCD for coming off, it was my own fault "that this happened!"

I just love IIRepair. They have been my cell phone repair company for years. They've replaced a shattered screen, a broken charging port and have unlocked and reset my galaxy 10, now it works like new. They also have worked on my apple ipad l.
