   Read moreStayed in one of the lofts this past weekend as my family and I rode the Polar Express train ride. We arrived around check in to find the room ice cold, it was 56 degrees and the AC on! in December! the ceiling fans were on high as well. I couldn't believe it, and the worse part is it took me 15 hours to get the heat from 56 to 73. Why it was so cold is beyond me but it was. The loft is always nice, could use a good cleaning though, lot's of dust and lint behind and under the beds. Due to this last trip we won't be staying here again unfortunately.
