To start, making the appointment was very quick and easy with Matthew. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:30ish and picked up at about 4pm. However, once service was complete there was one big issue. My new truck that I had taken in for service for the first time now has a nice hand print due to the lack of workmanship from one of their techs. I have reached out to see if Simpsons own detailer may have the opportunity to correct their techs mistake but it looks like they arenât trying to do that now. I had to reach out twice and ask about an update and now have not received anything in return. I take pride in having my vehicles in good shape and am now bothered by this hand print âsouvenirâ anytime I have to use the vehicle. I will probably need to have our own personal detailer take care of it since I donât think Simpson GMC of Buena Park will be doing anything in this regard. Maybe foot them the bill if anything.    Read moreOnce again, I spent a tremendous amount of wasted time and money for service, to end up with unresolved service issues, even after leaving the car at the service department for about 2 1/2 weeks to fix the problems. This has been a consistent problem at Simpson GMC/Cadillac/Buick for a very long time. An engine light issue was not found or corrected...air conditioning issue continues to operate in an inefficient manner for years...charged a lot of money to fix...but, the problem remains...now, again, left with an operating a/c unit working when I brought in the vehicle for maintenance, then pick up the car after service and again they caused it to not work...happens every time I ask them to check the air conditioning to make sure it is ok, and, add freon if necessary, only to pay them more money for causing my system to shut down again. The system works upon bringing my car in for service, then does not operate after they look at and "service" the car, all the while holding my car for days and charging me a lot for no good results.    Read moreI went to get the AC fixed and seemed like everything was good until I smelled transmission fluid. I guess while they maintenance the AC they have to disconnect the transmission hoses.. As I was driving, I saw smoke and smell transmission fluid. I pulled over and all my transmission fluid leaked out. I guess they put the wrong clamps on the hose so I had to take it back for correction⌠Another incident I paid for an oil change package didnât use for 10 months. I went back and they charged me again for the same package. Seems like theyâre not paying too close attention to the details of their work and need some improvement on the maintenance...
