I was really dissappointed with my visit to this store. I was waiting at the self check out line for quite a while. Then a cashier opens up a lane and says she could help the next guest waiting in line, but she was talking to the guests in the other cashier lane. I went ahead and went to her lane to pay for a single item. Literally, ONE single item that wouldn't even take more than 1 minute to process, I had my cash out and everything ready to go. She told me if I had been waiting in the lane next to hers and I said no (because I had been waiting in the self check out lane) and she told me sorry, that she had to take the other guest because they had been waiting for quite a while. I LITERALLY one had one item and as soon as i back up to let them pay first , I lost my place in line because a bunch of other people came. I just left and didn't buy the item afterall. So dissappointing and rude, as well as the other customers for not telling me it's fine and that I could go. Won't be coming back...
Read moreYesterday Sunday 01/26/20 I called in guest services to confirm if they had the baby formula I was looking for, a male associate answered the call and took a while and said they had 25 cans on the floor on isle p18. So, I told him I'll be there in 2 minutes as I was next door at the Dollar tree. I walked straight to the isle only to find out 0 cans on the shelf🤷♀️ then I went to guests services to tell them about my issue, the lady associate over guest services tells me "next time when I call, tell the associate to actually go and see the isle and not just look on the phone and tell!" I'm like is that my job? The associate who answers the call should be doing the job anyways. I just left furious! Also THIS STORE DOSENT STOCK UP ON BABY FOOD AND FORMULA... EVER!! WHEN THEY DO THE BABY Deals (Happy baby/gerber/earth's choice baby food/ Enfamil Infant formula). I say this, cos today was my day 2 of target run. I'll post a...
Read moreI'm a former Target employee and what my friend told me, I'm totally outraged. So this target had a fire and my friend had to leave all her stuff behind for her safety. When the store opened up, she was busy with school and work to check and pick your her left items. She goes today and was told that they threw everything away. And one of Target policies when it comes to lost and found is typically hold it for a week before donating or throwing away. I thought they would have been considerate and hold it a week and a half when the store opened up again. They told her with no emotion that her MacBook, her Apple Watch that her boyfriend gave her before going over seas, her emergency cash, her ID l, cards, and her Marc Jacob's The Tote Bag was thrown away. If this store were to ever caught on fire again (i hope it doesn't) risk it and take your stuff with you, cause these employees will...
