Bella Luna Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Burien

Beware ordering online! I have ordered from them several times over the last 10 years and 95% of the time the food has been good and the delivery time was reasonable. I have orderded online almost every time and other than special instructions being ignored half the time, haven't had any issues. Until today.

When I went to checkout and pay, I didn't realize an automatic payment had gone out on my account. Instead of declining the card, they authorized a partial payment, leaving me with an account balance of zero. I called the store and the rude man that answered the phone kept talking over me and made excuses that were BS and told me there was no way to release the funds. I've worked with CCs for years and know better. All they have to do is release the authorization.

They should change how their system works. This is the 1st time I've had a merchant drain my account and refuse to fix it. So now I'm stuck with zero funds until the authorization is released....

Extremely disappointed with my first experience here. I ordered a large veggie pizza, a small Venice and a half Greek salad. My order came up to $62 plus change and I added a $10 tip. I found two pieces of mushroom, which required a search (I thought there were none). I also had to search for anything more than the sprinkle of green peppers I could see. It honestly looked like an olive pizza. I did ask for green olives in place of tomatoes but I did not order an olive pizza. The crust was extremely soggy and would not hold its shape. This would have been acceptable had there been a decent amount of veggies on there, but alas. Then there’s the salad… it was so soaking wet with water, I had to dig through to try and find lettuce that wasn't slimy. I finally gave up and trashed the salad. It was not salvageable. What a waste. I rarely write reviews. I have to be extremely happy or horribly upset. I will not waste my money here again....

Super food and one of my goto's! Every item I have tried is just super. I use coupons, and they are always nice. The other night we had our 2nd favorite meal - lamb gyros. Stuffed full of meat and veggies, they do not skimp on feta, and we got extra tzatziki sauce because it is really good. My #1 favorite is their pizza though. Get the Bella Luna Special. Prosciutto, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, black olives, green peppers, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and roasted garlic. I get it with Alfredo. Weird. I love marinara. The girlfriend who introduced me to this place gets it this way. Since then, I have tried it with red sauce and mixed the 2 - seriously get it Lisa's way with Alfredo. I also love their Putanessca made with cheese tortellini and their salad is fresh and delicious. Oh and when I order pizza we also get wings. Get the Italian wings but have them double baked - they are ultra crispy and...
