DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! HORRIBLE customer service. We bought a bedroom set from here. the lady was nice but didn't speak very good English. I tried to make sure I was as clear as could be. We dont have a set schedule so I needed to make sure the delivery people would be there on time and call us in advance. She promised they would. That NEVER happened. I had to call her, she couldn't remember me or my order. She said she would look into it and call me back, that also NEVER happened. When I called her again she said she would call me back. I told her thats what she said the first time and she said she was busy WHATT?? I am a paying customer and you were helping me shouldn't I be priority? They got there late and my husband was late to work. the reason they were late was cause a customer before us requested their furniture be set up (which was not scheduled, and the decided to do it). So since they were late to us we asked if they could set up our furniture as a courtesy and we were told NO, they had to contact the owner and would have to come back. I will NEVER buy from here again nor do I recommend anyone to buy from here. Their customer service is horrible and yes the prices are cheap, but after seeing what they delivered you get what you pay for. HORRIBLE experience. I would pay a little more and go somewhere else. We just relocated here from Alaska with just our suitcases. Our first and only stop was Paty's! Our sales person Isabella was a delight to work with. She knew what to offer us and let us decide. She answered all our questions and made suggestions that worked out better. She had went above and beyond by having our mattresses delivered that same day. After hours even. You don't find that level of care anymore. From my Family, Thank You Isabella and Jonathan for making things so much easier! Update We used Paty's delivery service and they brought some red substance in on their equipment and it was all over the carpet. Owner said it was a 3rd party and wouldn't provide contact info. Told me it would be 3 months before he could get a carpet guy in to clean. I told him I found one for 3 day wait and sent him info so he could arrange it and pay. He Ghosted me. Wish I could give zero stars. Bought a bedroom set with mattress set & living room set from the Tacoma location. They took weeks to deliver my furniture, kept pushing it further & further because they forgot to order my living room tables .. then finally got my delivery without my tables or my mattress set. & now there saying I never ordered the mattress set because the girl didn't write it on the receipt but I was charged for it.
