This Walgreens is getting worse everyday if I could get all my prescription with ease I would switch to mail order from my insurance a few weeks ago I called about a prescription and was treated like crap by a tech and asked for a supervisor after she explained to him her side of what was going on he didn't want to listen to what I said until I kept pushing the point so he finally quit doing the other thing he was doing and after I was very persistent he the pharmacist finally listened and looked at what I was saying he figured out I was right and he was wrong after he threatened to ban me from Walgreens for pushing about my care then how scary that he's trying to juggle 2 prescription problems at once but I got over it and gave them another try now this time after waiting 5 days for my refill to be started and there running behind I call on Sunday October 6th about 205 pm tech tells me they only have 5 and can do a partial refill so I asked if he could tell me when where and why on the remaining fill and he told me no someone would have to call me back because he had like 4 vaccine that just showed up I wish the customer service would go back to how good it was when I think her name was Sheila she was amazing I'm this close to leaving Walgreens for good if I only have the one problem with mail order just...
Read moreThis pharmacy has intentionally ended my call before speaking to me more times than any relationship I've ever been in. Nearly every time I call it feels like a standoff - I wait on hold for 10-45 minutes, it rings, then sends me back to the hold music.
Today I opted to try the new delivery option, paying $5.99 for same day delivery, confirming a few hours before the cutoff time. There's no tracking available beyond "delivery scheduled."
The app doesn't know I've scheduled delivery. It tells me to text RXSTATUS to a phone number, which says I have no recent prescriptions. Yet I have a text message saying my RX is ready and that I've requested delivery. I'm concerned I'm caught in an alternate timeline where I only partially exist.
Naturally, the text message and app both say to call the pharmacy for questions, which I did. So I got to play "our favorite game" where I wait, it rings, I listen to music and wait and more, it rings, and eventually someone either speaks to me or hangs up. Today was a hang up day.
Someone get the pharmacy staff some help, please. I blame the store and the system. I wouldn't need to call if the other support options worked, and if they weren't constantly slammed, maybe they would...

I asked her where they are and she a ted like she did not know so i figured aoneone walked in and stole my bags i never found mystuff and my computers, Ipad and smart phone were in those bags. When i got home i called the walgreens and spoke with a manager who told me my stuff was locked in his office as the employeecwas seen trying to remove my lap top and was having trouble which was a red flag for the manager. He told me its safe and i picked it up the next day. Whether ir not he fired the employee i an not aware of what hapoened to her however i let it go but be careful. The hiring practices at Walgreens has been loweted to employ thieves and mean people and this has in general forced me to have all my medicines ordeted any other place then a Walgreens and now i only use walgreens to buy a bag of chewing gum only available at Walgreens and Target. I will not use Walgreens. Any more for anythi g other then emergency...
